The market was slow this past week because of the holidays. However, typically the best time to buy and sell is from January to Memorial Day Weekend. With mortgage rates still low and rental numbers very high I anticipate a very good spring market. If you are in the market to Buy or Sell, now is the time to get started. Mortgage rates are still extremely low (3.875% for jumbo loan and 4% for loan amounts under $424,100).

Sea Isle City Real Estate Market Report: Week of 9/4 in Review
Hope all is well. There were a ton of new listings that hit the market this past week and more new listings should continue to hit the market in the next couple weeks.

Hope all is well. It was a little slower this week for sales down the shore. With the summer winding down, there are more and more sale listings starting to hit the market and there are A LOT of people starting to look.
