一、订舱booking（订舱委托书）

在订舱前，需要提前10工作日将以下文件提供给货代公司：

1、 海运托书；

2、 危险品包装使用鉴定结果单；出入境货物包装性能检验结果单（俗称危包证）

3、 包装危险货物技术说明书；

4、 MSDS

二、提供申报资料

有提前7个工作日提供货物的申报相关资料正本：

1、危险品包装使用鉴定结果单，

2、包装危险货物技术说明书；

三、仓库warehouse

1、退回两张箱申报单给仓库（车队）安排装箱。

2、危险品包装鉴定结果单复印件（进港证） 加盖公章交给仓库（车队），安排进港。

3、仓库装箱证明书。

四、船申报（船代来完成）

1、一份正本货申报单交给船代 （申报单上注明关单号，箱号，净重，封号） （根据船舶申报的截止日期，一般提前二~三个工作日截）。

2、仓库装箱证明书复印件。

五、提供报关资料

提前3天或3天半提供出口报关相关资料（电子版即可）：

1、票据；

2、装箱单；

3、报关委托单；

4、出口报关单；

5、货物的情况说明书。

六、装箱进港

确定危险货物时候需要船边直装。由于危险品是船边直装，所以一般是在船开前装箱。

装箱分两种方式：

1、货主自行送货至危险品仓库内装，货主需根据货代提供的进仓通知最晚日期前把货物送到货代公司指定的危险品仓库；

2、到工厂装箱，货主需提前准备好货物，货物装箱后一定要在集装箱的四周贴上大危标，如果所装的货物一旦泻漏会对海洋造成污染的话，还需要贴上海洋污染标记，同时拍照取证。

注1：危险品的拖车或者内装都必须使用具有危险品运输/装箱资格的车队或仓库，费用按照等级来计算。

注2：货申报截止时间为开船前7天，所以必须在此时间前提出箱子。

注3：截止货申报同时要提供箱封号的，所以必须在此时间前提出箱子

七、船开前二天提供给出货人确认提单
