If you’re a wine enthusiast (like Hasmina) and want to discover what Niagara has to offer besides its most famous attraction, then the Jackson Triggs Winery is the place to visit! It is located 30 minutes from the Falls in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, which is a popular destination for growing and producing wine. They are Canada’s most awarded winery and have been named “Best Canadian Winery” countless times in both international and domestic competitions. This attraction is perfect for Couples, Friends and anyone with a taste for that sour grape.
Tumblr media
They offer the public tours every half hour for $15 per person from 10:30am-3:30pm and private tours can cost anywhere from $20-$100 per person, depending on which private tour you decide to choose. A guided host will take you on a tour through the beautiful vineyard, production facility, and the underground barrel cellar. You can sample their wines which cost $10 for four samples and $5 for icewine samples, (samples are included in the private tour). In the summer, they open up their patio and amphitheatre where you can sit and enjoy a delicious glass of wine, artisan cheese, charcuterie plates, and listen to live music. They also offer private lunch or dinner experiences, where their Estate Chef prepares a customized menu pairing with their premium VQA wines. This can cost anywhere from $60-$80 per person.

“ As much as I love wine, I was excited to go to Jackson Triggers Winery. I really enjoyed going because I've learned from the base of how it's produced to the process of how it's put on the bottles. As well as events they may have there during the summer season. Walking through Jackson Triggs was a different, more classy experience. It was something I've never had the chance to do or I didn't really think of doing in Niagara, but I'm glad I went. One of my favourite moments was having samples of two different wines types. I like this because it helped me decide what kind of wine person I am. The first wine I tried was the ice wine which has a sweet taste to it and the second one was the red wine which had a more sour taste. My personal favourite was the ice wine, I love the taste of sweetness and it takes me to a happy and positive mood. Overall, I really recommend, if you're in the Niagara area to stop by the Jackson Triggers winery. Even if you do not like wine, it has a beautiful scenery, more recommended in the summer where the flowers and weather is better and nicer. It will also give you a relaxed vibe to enjoy your drink and spend time with either your family/friends or alone. In addition, I liked that you can purchase any wine of your choice, the price varies depending which one you get, but it's original and most of those wines are not like the ones you would get at LCBO. Sadly I didn't purchase one, but my friends did and from what I've heard they like it and would go back for another one. So if you’re in the area don’t miss the chance of what Jackson Triggers winery has to offer.” -Ana
They also have a store at the facility (featured above with our beautiful models Hasmina and Ana) where you can purchase their premium wines which cost $20-$100, we enjoyed some over the weekend. This winery is perfect for wine connoisseurs who want to learn about the history and production of their favourite wines and have an unforgettable experience. We would recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful Niagara region to make a stop at Jackson Triggs, or one of the other many wineries located just outside the city. We also recommend you don’t miss an opportunity to snap some beautiful shots of some beautiful women.

Niagara Falls borders the United States and Canada. The horseshoe falls are on the Canadian side while the American and Bridal are on the United States side. However, you can view all three, (best) from the Canadian Side. There are many ways to enjoy the falls however because the falls are a natural phenomenon, anyone can enjoy them and the only true cost is travelling to and from otherwise its FREE! Who doesn’t love free? There is nothing like viewing these natural wonders in person. We sure had an amazing time taking in the picturesque view!
Tumblr media
They also now have Fireworks 7 days a week above the falls. You can also experience the falls from the Rainbow Bridge that was built in 1941 and connects Canada to the United States.
Tumblr media
(Although stay cautious, it was windy the day we visited and while taking a picture my hat blew right over the edge - Hasmina)
“Though the wind and chill only increased by the falls I couldn't help but marvel at the beautiful wonder of Niagara Falls and how the worlds formations last longer then civilization has ever known and hopefully will know. Niagara Falls is such a beautiful place to spend the day.” - Jesse
Anyone who loves Nature, History, Adventure, would enjoy a day down by the falls where not only are there attractions and activities that allow you to experience Niagara Falls on a deeper level , there is an entire block called Clifton hill that attractions families, children and students to fun, unique attractions anyone could have a good day down by these falls.

Nightmares: Fear Factory Niagara Falls
https://www.nightmaresfearfactory.com
Tumblr media
This attraction is for visitors who are up for a challenge and aren't afraid to be terrified of the dark and what hides in it. It is meant for those who are willing to face their fears and become brave enough to complete the scariest haunted house in the city. The cost for general admission Adults $14.95 Children (12 and under)-$11.27
Nightmares offer many group packages for larger groups and discounts for those who buy online in advance. Nightmares are world famous for having over 180,000 people chicken out.
"Going into Nightmares I was terrified and had no idea what I was going to experience. My heart was pumping a million beats per minute, my stomach was in knots, and I could feel the sweat forming on my forehead and how quickly my hands became clammy. There is nothing scarier than seeing absolute darkness in front of you and not having a clue at who or what is around you or where you are even going. Walking through the house I was latched onto my friends as we slowly made our way through the darkness with only a small red light above to guide us. Things, popped, banged, flashed, whispered and even brushed up against us. When we opened the door at the end I had never been so relieved but was so proud that I actually completed it. There was lots of screaming, laughing and even a bit of bumping to keep moving, but it was an experience that my friends and I will never forget and some great stories to talk about in the future." - Nicole Bogdan
This attraction is a great place to visit, especially because it is very famous in the city. It is an experience that you will never forget with friends or family. This attraction is definitely worth a visit and would recommend to anyone with enough strength in their heart to try this challenge. Any type of traveller could experience Nightmares although it targets best toward the young and brave. It even includes a shop where you can purchase shirts, mugs, hats, and a photo souvenir like the one featured below of us huddled together in fear, except Michelle who was fearless.
