you know sometimes you gotta practice Zooming Out of things on the internet . Zooming Out and take a step back and asking yourself, wait. have ive been thinking straight or have i been doom scrolling for the last hour. have ive been having a critical conversation or have ive been on an angry rant for the last 4 posts. is any of this important. would be gladly tell my grandparents that what i have been so angry about was worth it
