Side two features 1970's Red Sonja artist Frank Thorne, portraying the She-Devil with a Sword in the words of her creator, Robert E. Howard. The back of the sleeve features a b&w photo of Thorne, Gresham, and Warren, DC and Marvel costumer & model Angelique Trouvere (in a Red Sonja costume) at the world premiere of the ballad, at Lily Langtry's Saloon & Eating Place in New Jersey!
