#I haven’t fully called out from this job ever in the three + years#only time I did was when I had Covid#I’ve had a few days I had to leave an hour or so early when the dizzy flared up.#and god I wish I had a job where I could call out sick#because with this one it’s “don’t call out unless you’re literally dying#and it kills me because other places in the business don’t have that.#some managers just let you call out and are nice and chill about it#but no I’m in the dept of “no one else can do this shit because we’re understaffed and no one else is trained“#so I get to go to work when I can barely manage to get out of bed for an hour without having to lay down#classic idk how I’ll manage today but I fucking will#tbh will tell my manager that I’m gonna leave early if I finish tasks early (which. will be hard. but is feasible.)#and she’ll be okay with that at least

see you don’t understand. i have to eat my food fast so the nausea doesn’t hit till after I’m done eating. or i won’t be able to eat. because of the nausea.
which sometimes causes me to eat a little too much. so. i feel sick.
it’s both good and bad to look at how much better i am at dealing with (re:ignoring) how horribly sick i feel when i eat sometimes now. i’m not allergic! it’s not celiacs! I’ve been tested!
back when i was first dealing with this really bad I’d eat so little because of how sick i felt now I just shovel that shit in and move on with my day. power through it. just don’t think about it.

I adore divinity original sin 2. but larian. what were you doing with that naming scheme. it’s so hard to find divinity 2 stuff now because people don’t know how to tag and don’t know or care that there’s already a divinity 2 that is explicitly known as divinity 2 in the series. original sin is another thing entirely!
#tula rambles#I miss her#divinity 2 for most exciting most disappointing game#it was so good in so many ways#but also lacking in a lot of things#I like to joke that if I’d played divinity 2 before I played bg3 I would have been far less worried about larian making it#because divinity 2 showed they had the chops to write a game that was dark/had that kind of humor#far better than the original sin games#and like I do enjoy the original sin aesthetic#but I miss divine divinity#I miss divinity 2
