hi nemi ! i hope your having a good night/day i’ve just joined the sims community and i’ve posted some videos but they barely get any interaction i just wanted to know if you think tumbler or twitter would help to boost my posts and gain at least a bit of a following ?

hii! ♡ I definitely think twitter is a better place for gaining followers and interaction, I have 2,7k followers on twitter and only 200 on tumblr. people on tumblr are mostly looking for cc or mods to download but on twitter many simmers gain a big following by just posting their gameplay and sims

by interacting with other simmers’ posts on twitter more people will find your account and you will eventually gain more followers, I made my own account in may this year and it took me over a month to get 100 followers but after that I quickly started getting more interaction on my posts

however if you want to post longer videos of your sims I would recommend apps like instagram, tiktok or youtube for that, on twitter pictures usually get more attention than videos and many people don’t bother to watch them at all

I think if you just actively interact with other simmers and keep posting consistently you will eventually reach your goals! it’s also very important to do what you want to and not care about anyone else’s opinion, simmers tend to get bored because they only play the game for the content

yes, faye has vitiligo! you probably can’t tell clearly because her skin color is already very light haha

when she was a newborn I encountered a glitch where her skin color would change and I thought she would probably have some kind of a skin condition

I was also inspired by my amazing mutual milkemie to give her that vitiligo overlay ♡

what infant clothes do you use? do you convert them yourself or do you find them?

hi! all of faye’s clothes are already for infants but most of the accessories she wears are my personal conversions, like this hairpin for example

for infant clothing I recommend checking out this pinterest board or just searching up ”sims 4 infant cc” on google, pinterest, tumblr etc.
