Like some part of me says nayuta is with fami because idk is kinda stupid to kill nayuta the. Only thing that can save denji at this point (so thats why i guess the fake head was only to manipulate the Situation)

And other reason is that having a new control from scratch doesnt make Sense since fami needs control. On her plans why you are gonna have her as a little girl again?

That or fujimoto wants to make another *power moment * that tbh it woul be a lazy writting about looking for control and make her nayuta again
