✨Why Is Recovery Important To You?✨

MHA Recovery Zine is a charity zine focusing on the mental and physical recovery of students, heroes, civilians, and villains from their past battles, struggles and difficulties in life. 

We’ve decided to hold a contest where you (yes, you!) tell us all about why recovery is important to you and/or your favorite healthy coping strategies that push you towards recovery!

Since this is an MHA Zine, we are asking that whatever you create involves any of the MHA characters–whether that’s students, villains, pros, civilians, or anyone else you can think of! We ask that you either draw or write about it in any way you can think of–whether it’s a comic, a singular drawing, a whole fic, a ficlet, poetry, etc. Anything and everything is excepted, no matter how long, how short, or how polished it is!

We will be drawing the winners via random number generator! Only one contest entry per person is allowed, and in order to be counted, we ask that you @ us and use the #recoveryzinecontest tag. We’ll be checking both Tumblr and Twitter.

 🌟Grand Prize: 1 free physical zine, both digital wallpapers, free pdf, free extra stickers 

🌟 5 Runner Ups: both digital wallpapers, a free pdf of the zine, and if you choose to purchase the zine, free extra stickers along with your order. 

🌟 All Participants: As long as you fill out the form at the end of the contest and link your entry, if you choose to purchase the physical zine, we’ll send you the free extra stickers with your purchase as a participation prize!

🌟 Simply draw or write something related to the theme given above (MHA characters + what recovery means to you)

Stretch goals are also in place for PHYSICAL orders.  The prints will be upgraded to holographic at 50 physical book orders and included with any bundle that has prints.  At 100 physical book orders, we’ll be able to include a very cute Toga enamel pin with the AYAKASHI, DAIYOUKAI, and AKUMA bundles.  The OBAKE bundle is not included due to shipping limitations.

Lately, Banana Fish slayed five anime award categories, and being one of the very few anime I absolutely enjoyed from beggining to end, I thought of giving it some love.  

The fanzine’s theme will give freedom to its artists to envision an alternative ending to the story, and this time it’ll include writers!

So together with @fullblacklight, we’ll put together another zine if we get enough interest!
