it is kinder to oneself to cling to pebbles than shards of glass, even if they are distantly related.

I have been clinging on to shards of glass.

for a while, i was just a regular pebble again, much like the millions & billions of other pebbles. i forgot about @neil-gaiman, i forgot about tumblr, & asks, & keyboards, & skulls, & well ... everything. i forgot about everything.

it was nice.
