By working together on a common goal, individuals can learn to trust and rely on each other, which can ultimately lead to better performance and outcomes.
Overall, incorporating games into your team-building and work processes can be an effective way to increase engagement, build relationships, and improve performance. Our team choose service/product that is relevant and appropriate for our specific needs and goals.
Game 7
This game, which emphasizes on brainstorming, uses the same principles that were first introduced in Game 1. This 3-2-1 brainstorming, however, is focused on developing a competitive advantage by responding to 3 important questions: What your customer needs and cares about? What do you excel at? What does your opposition excel at? Answering these questions is the task for each team, and doing so will help them generate ideas for potential competitive advantages. The most significant advantage that they are thinking of is forced ranked using the forced ranking that was previously introduced. With forced ranking, each item is ranked in relation to the others, forcing the group to make difficult judgments.
The 3-12-3 brainstorming approach can be a valuable tool for generating ideas and identifying opportunities to create a competitive advantage. By focusing on three key questions related to customer needs, your strengths, and your competition's strengths, team members can develop a more comprehensive understanding of the market and identify areas where they can differentiate themselves.
However, it's important to note that brainstorming is just one step in the innovation process. Once ideas have been generated, it's important to evaluate and refine them to ensure that they are feasible and viable. It's also important to test and validate these ideas with customers to ensure that they meet their needs and provide value.

Week 4- Value Proposition Canvas
The Value Proposition Canvas was initially created by Dr. Alexander Osterwalder as a framework to make sure that the product and market are compatible. Customer segments and value propositions are two components of Osterwalder's larger Business Model Canvas that are modeled in great depth using this tool. The Value Proposition Canvas is a technique used in corporate marketing and product production to comprehend and analyze client needs and desires and show how a company's goods or services can satisfy those needs more effectively than rivals.
It features a Customer Profile with the Gains, Pains, and Customer Tasks listed in it. The Gains outline the outcomes or particular benefits clients hope to obtain. Customer Jobs describe what the customers are aiming to achieve in their personal and professional lives in their own words. Last but not least, the pains are the undesirable outcomes, risks, and difficulties related to customer jobs. The Value Map of the offered good or service is located on the opposite side of the Value Proposition Canvas. The Gain Creators, Pain Relievers, and Goods and Services are all included in this. Gain Creators describe the advantages that clients receive from your products and services. The Pain Relievers provide information on how your products and services lessen customer suffering.
Businesses can learn more about their consumers' requirements and how to better serve them by using the Value Proposition Canvas. Any company trying to develop goods or services that surpass their rivals' in terms of how well they satisfy customer needs should consider using the Value Proposition Canvas.
Weekly Group Activity
We made the decision to tie our topic to the mechanical engineering field of study for this teamwork. We thought up the concept for custom gear-making services. This specialized gear-making machine's design, manufacture, installation, training, ongoing maintenance, and support. High-precision gear production. The members took into consideration their prior experiences as both clients and service providers. Speaking about the services they want to use to meet their needs, each person talks about their thoughts as the market themselves. As a service provider, however, they can also use this technology to meet the demands of their clients.
Insights
Using this value proposition canvas, the engineering firm can identify the specific needs and pain points of their target customers and develop customized solutions that address these issues. It can emphasize the unique benefits and value the gear-making machine provides, such as increased production efficiency and reduced costs, high gear precision, ability to produce complex gears and customized production options to differentiate themselves from competitors and create a compelling value proposition for the customers. The group activity encourages our interaction with one another so that we can establish a bond. I desire we could release this program at some point. Our team thinks that if we ever release this application, it might improve pupils' educational attainment.

Characteristics and personal qualities are important determinants of success in entrepreneurship. Perseverance, resilience, creativity, risk-taking, intuition, passion, self-motivation, flexibility, leadership, and open-mindedness are among the personality traits and qualities of a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs that possess these qualities are able to overcome obstacles, take measured risks, and innovate in ways that help them dominate their industries.
Our individual personalities and qualities will be determined by two personality tests, such as the MBTI and Berkeley Innovation Index (BII) exams. These qualities and attributes can help entrepreneurs succeed in their businesses because they enable them to overcome challenges, take calculated risks, and innovate in ways that set them apart and make them successful in their respective fields.
My BII Test result reveals that of all the components and belief had the highest percentage. This means that, in order to influence others and find motivation to overcome obstacles, one must have belief in one's own ideas and abilities.
On the other hand, my MBTI test result exhibits that my personality type is Consul (ESFJ-T). A person who possesses the qualities Extraverted, Observant, Feeling, and Making judgements is known as a Consul (ESFJ). Entrepreneurs like participating in their social community and are perceptive, people-focused, and attentive. Decisive ideals serve as the foundation for their actions, and they are willing to mentor others.
Encourage, lift, and strengthen one another. For the positive energy spread to one will be felt by us all.
Life is sweetest for consuls when it is shared with others. Many communities are built on the backs of people of this personality type who welcome friends, family, and neighbors into their homes and hearts.
This does not imply that Consuls are saints or that they are tolerant of all people. It is true that consuls do not believe in the power of hospitality, but they do believe in the power of hospitality. Generous and trustworthy, persons with this personality type frequently take it upon themselves to hold their families and communities together in both big and small ways.
As kind and as practical and few personality types as Consuls. Consuls are adept at establishing and upholding a safe, stable, and friendly atmosphere for themselves and their loved ones. They are also known for their social and managerial abilities. The commitment of consuls is vital in many areas, including their own development. Consuls can, however, easily make mistakes in situations where their good nature and pragmatic outlook serve as liabilities rather than assets. Consuls need to make a conscious effort to improve their weaker attributes and additional talents, whether it be in the areas of finding (or retaining) a partner, learning to unwind or improvise, climbing to breathtaking heights on the career ladder, or managing their workload.
17 Sustainable Development Goals
In 2015, the United Nations adopted the 17 SDGs as a part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Through fostering sustainable development and eliminating poverty, inequality, and environmental degradation, the objectives seek to solve the world's most pressing economic, social, and environmental concerns. Among the many topics covered by the goals are eradicating poverty and hunger, fostering health and wellbeing, guaranteeing quality education, attaining gender equality, advancing sustainable energy, and halting climate change.
Governments, corporations, and civil society organizations can collaborate on the 17 SDGs to realize a shared vision of a sustainable future. Even if some of the objectives have been made progress toward, there is still much to be done to fulfill the 2030 targets. To move toward a more sustainable future, it will take a coordinated effort from all facets of society, including governments, corporations, and individuals.
The students were given a task to help them comprehend this topic better. Students had to form groups of up to 8 members, choose one of the 17 goals, and then develop a storyboard for their selected topic.
The students proposed a prototype model, which they then presented in front of the class, utilizing their brilliant ideas and ingenuity. They created an autonomous vehicle or underwater robot that can be utilized for ocean research and exploration. The device's sophisticated sensors and imaging equipment can gather information on ocean heat content, current, and marine life, assisting researchers in better comprehending how anthropogenic impacts including environmental issues affect ecosystems.
