I want to thank everyone for your kind words.

My mother was out of the hospital today - she had a very speedy recovery and is at her home now.

I might take some additional days to rest but I'm also eager to upload more content!

I wanted to pick up pace with the content I've recorded for you, but life always has different plans.

My mother's health suddenly declined overnight and has just been admitted to the hospital for observation.

Currently I'm anxiously waiting to hear any updates from the doctors.

Have you already health issues like high bloodpressure or pre diabetes or high heart rate because of your obesity

I don't consider myself to be that obese YET, but I'm really really REALLY out shape. I don't exercise and my job is 80% WFH for now so I don't really deal with stairs

And yet, I'm breathing heavily just by sitting down in front of my computer.

Surprisingly despite that, I don't snore. In fact I recently went to a pneumologist a couple weeks ago because I had some trouble sleeping and my doctor was really insistent on it being sleep apnea because of my weight, but I don't have it yet.

Yeah, almost always I have high blood pressure, and it's likely that I'm already diabetic. But who cares as long as I'm getting fatter?

I believe I was around 90 KG here, maybe less. I thought I was fat back then, and now I just think I wont be fat enough ever!
