ok so there’s a part in the new MTV documentary on Green Day that shows the original tracklisting for Nimrod that includes a lot of the songs that were scrapped from the album and

are you kidding me. I legit cannot believe that Green Day wrote a song about a god damn cereal mascot who says “they’re GRRRRRREAAAT!”. I cannot believe that this song exists in the world and Green Day did not release it. I AM SO ANGRY THAT WE WILL PROBABLY NEVER HEAR THIS SONG BECAUSE MY CURIOSITY IS KILLING ME. is the song actually about this cartoon tiger??? is it just a metaphor??? did they just really want to name a song after an advertising mascot??????
