WARNING! Dangerous and might change your life. - I used to laugh at those people who meditate, thinking that it is an absolute waste of time... (WELL, that was until I realized actually there is no time, and the truth is..there’s only NOW) - Never really knew myself, for almost my entire life, always felt empty like something is missing. Nobody could’ve helped I guess because we all have the same emptiness and we pretend that everything is great.😂 - Since I started practicing meditation and re-educating myself through reading books, listening to teachers and most importantly from intuition within, everything started to change, Everything! - I know I’m not alone on this. I’m sure a lot of things I said are things you relate to. We have our conscious and subconscious minds, we have knowledge hidden and stored away that most of us don’t know how to access. - #Meditation isn’t about stopping our thoughts or trying to empty our minds - we cannot stop or control our thoughts...but we can decide how much attention to give them. Through practicing meditation we can find the quiet that already exists in the space between our thoughts. Sometimes referred to as “the gap” @eckharttolle , it is the pure consciousness, pure silence, pure peace. As you meditate on a regular basis, you’ll spend more time in this state of expanded awareness and silence. - Everyday more and more people are beginning to remember what our souls already know. These people are here to heal the world and others. We are all gifted this beautiful human life and it’s our duty to shake off the social conditioning and the #brainwashing ,then come back into the #light in the state of love and gratitude, where we are at our highest vibrations. - Few places on #earth give you the valuable information about meditation. The best of them is certainly Mindvalley. They push humanity forward by raising the consciousness of the all.
