They're so important to me oh my God, I love them so much. It was never truly about a boy, they constantly compared themselves to each other. Sakura wasn't a shy girl that needed her protection anymore, she was forming into her own person she wanted to step out of ino's Shadow. It was easier to say it was because they both liked Sasuke, but AHH it wasn't really about that 😔

I so wish we got to see more of their friendship after they decided to mostly put that behind them, we never really did get too much of Sakura's life outside of team 7.

I know I'm repeating myself, but shout-out to Orochimaru for being one of the few Naruto villains who doesn't do the long-winded trauma dumping monologue thing. We even got a scene where Sasuke asked about it, but we still didn't get an answer

Hell, Kabuto even got a full backstory dedicated to outlining his traumas. But Orochimaru? Nah, you have to journey through many labyrinthian layers to unlock their tragic backstory and apparently we, the audience, never did

I suck at articulating my thoughts but Idk i just find their dynamic super interesting. Miguel doesn’t believe in Geto’s cause, rather he believes in Geto. But unlike Larue he isn’t really blinded by fondness given his conversation with him prior to fighting sukuna. And I think Geto was well aware of that. But even then he was willing to not only fight Gojo to hold him up during the night parade, but use up the extremely rare and valuable black rope in doing so, and I find that mega intriguing. That and I think his easygoing yet blunt personality meshes well with Geto’s craziness (dealing with the cognitive dissonance that comes with justifying Master Plan: Kill Everyone for over ten years probably knocked a couple screws loose but idk) You have a villainous maniac and the guy thats there cuz he likes his vibe. Idkkkkk maybe everything im saying makes no sense i suck at words
