PSA for Switch owners
The latest 11.0 update means that Google Analytics is a thing on the switch and turned on. What that means is that Nintendo has a deal with Google to share with them your data for advertisement purposes.
To turn it off
go to the eShop
go to your profile where your funds and account info is
go down to the bottom of the page
there you will see āGoogle Analytics Preferencesā
select the Change
select āDonāt Shareā
Please spread the word. Really shitty of Nintendo to just quietly start allowing Google to spy on users for advertising.

we need more mob psycho live action show survivors to start takoyaki man posting. the world needs to know they seemingly added a random man who works at a takoyaki stand to give mob advice who steals like half of reigen's scenes and then at the end of the show turns out to be ishiguro from the seventh divison in disguise
^^^ he was the takoyaki man the whole time
#oh I knew it was bad but I didnāt know it was THIS bad#I remember attempting to watch the first episode but thought mob was written so terribly I couldnāt stand to watch anymore š#mob psycho 100#mp100

99% of "mysterious disappearances" esp of people in their 20s who start acting weird for 48 hours and then vanish are not mysterious, thats just when a lot of reality-obliterating mental illness tends to kick in and it's pretty easy to get a short circuit in your brain that makes you go family guy death pose in joshua tree national park. it's not any less tragic, it's just a documented phenomenon and not particularly predictable. its a big reason the medical advice is for people with a family history of schizophrenia to completely avoid weed and psychedelics. "people just go crazy sometimes" is a principle of human health that used to be a lot more accepted prior to the american midcentury and to a certain extent thats a healthier way to conceptualize and prepare for the risk, as opposed to the modern assertion that anyone acting weird is dangerous and broken forever.

Hot take but I really do think that some of yāall need to consider how/why/when/how often youāre making fun of straight people for being straight
I do it too, Iām not going to pretend I donāt make jokes about the hets, or the down with cis bus, or whatever
But I recently befriended a cis, straight dude and I have watched him be dismissed, degraded, and unambiguously insulted for the perceived ācrimeā of being straight ā all in queer environments where he is allegedly ācompletely welcomeā and surrounded by āfriendsā
This guy is not a toxic person! But I have seen him be made to feel so small and like his comfort and safety in those spaces are conditional on his silence and acceptance of being treated like a human dunk zone, and I think that some of yāall have had so much shit from straight/cis people that the second you feel like youāve got an inch, you want to luxuriate in the perceived catharsis of bullying someone whoā actually ādoesnāt deserve it
And until he very, very carefully mentioned to me in private that it makes him feel bad, I didnāt even clock that I was involved in doing that, that it had become so instinctive for me to make casual jokes like that, and thatā well meaning or otherwise āI had been contributing to an environment that made someone I really really like feel like shit
So, I dunno, I think maybe some of yāall should think about that too

#this kinda reminds me of when my friend was reading a danny phantom fic on ao3 and one of the authors other fics was for BOB THE BUILDER#there were only around 80 Bob the builder fics on ao3 and the majority of them were crack but this was an actual serious fic#wild thing to come across

LIFE ADVICE FOR YOUR TEENS AND EARLY TWENTIES (and probably beyond but I haven't made it much farther than that so far):
GO OUT BY YOURSELF
LEARN HOW TO NAVIGATE PUBLIC TRANSIT WITH NO SMART PHONE
TAKE ONLINE CLASSES
MAKE PEACE WITH DISAPPOINTING YOUR PARENTS
GO TO THERAPY IF POSSIBLE
FOLLOW AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS
EAT A MEAL BEFORE DRINKING
DON'T MIX DRUGS
IT'S HARD TO BE YOURSELF WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW YOURSELF SO JUST KEEP TRYING NEW THINGS
THROW EVERYTHING AT THE WALL LIKE SPAGHETTI TO SEE WHAT STICKS
YOU WILL DISCOVER YOURSELF THE SAME WAY YOU DISCOVER NEW COFFEE SHOPS AND NEW BANDS
YOU WILL GET THERE
DON'T MAKE A LONG POST IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE YOUR VOICE WILL START TO HURT FROM SHOUTING
