AVENGERS: END GAME
Twenty-three days after Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet to kill half of all life in the universe, Carol Danvers rescues Tony Stark and Nebula from deep space and they reunite with the remaining Avengers—Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers, Thor, Natasha Romanoff, and James Rhodes—and Rocket on Earth.
Locating Thanos on an uninhabited planet, they plan to use the Infinity Stones to reverse "the Snap", but Thanos destroyed the Stones to prevent further use. Enraged, Thor decapitates Thanos.
Five years later, Scott Lang escapes from the quantum realm. At the Avengers' compound, he explains that he experienced five hours, not years, while trapped. Theorizing the quantum realm could allow time travel, they ask Stark to help them get the Stones from the past to reverse Thanos' disintegrations in the present.
Stark refuses, thinking about his wife Pepper Potts and daughter Morgan, but relents after musing over Peter Parker.
Stark, Rocket, and Banner, who has since merged his intelligence with the Hulk's strength, build a time machine. Banner notes that changing the past does not affect their present; any changes create alternate realities.
In Norway, Banner and Rocket recruit an overweight Thor in the Asgardian refugees' new home New Asgard. In Tokyo, Romanoff recruits Clint Barton, now a vigilante after the death of his family.
Banner, Lang, Rogers, and Stark travel to Loki's attack on New York City in 2012.
At the Sanctum Sanctorum, Banner convinces the Ancient One to give him the Time Stone by promising to return the various Stones to their proper points in time.
At Stark Tower, Rogers retrieves the Mind Stone, but Stark and Lang's attempt to steal the Space Stone fails, allowing 2012 Loki to escape with it. Rogers and Stark travel to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters in 1970, where Stark obtains an earlier version of the Space Stone and encounters his father, Howard. Rogers steals and uses Pym Particles from Hank Pym to return to the present and spies lost love, Peggy Carter.
Meanwhile, Rocket and Thor travel to Asgard in 2013, extracting the Reality Stone from Jane Foster and retrieving Thor's hammer Mjolnir.
Barton, Romanoff, Nebula, and Rhodes travel to 2014; Nebula and Rhodes travel to Morag and steal the Power Stone before Peter Quill can, while Barton and Romanoff travel to Vormir. The Soul Stone's keeper, Red Skull, reveals it can only be acquired by sacrificing someone they love.
Romanoff sacrifices herself, allowing Barton to get the Stone.
Rhodes and Nebula attempt to return to their own time, but Nebula is incapacitated when her cybernetic implants link with her past self, allowing 2014 Thanos to learn his future self's success and eventual death at the hands of the Avengers. He sends 2014 Nebula forward in time to prepare for his arrival.
Reuniting in the present, the Avengers place the Stones into the technological gauntlet Stark, Banner, and Rocket created. Banner, having the most resistance to their gamma radiation, wields the gauntlet and reverses Thanos' disintegrations.
Meanwhile, 2014 Nebula, impersonating her future self, uses the time machine to transport 2014 Thanos and his warship to the present, destroying the Avengers' compound in the process.
Present-day Nebula convinces 2014 Gamora to betray Thanos but is unable to convince 2014 Nebula and kills her. Thanos overpowers Stark, Thor, and a Mjolnir-wielding Rogers and summons his army from his warship to retrieve the Stones, intent on using them to destroy the universe and create a new one.
A restored Stephen Strange arrives with other sorcerers, the restored Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy, the Ravagers, and the armies of Wakanda and Asgard to fight Thanos and his army.
Danvers arrives and destroys Thanos' warship, but Thanos overpowers her and seizes the gauntlet. Stark steals the Stones and uses them to disintegrate Thanos and his army, at the cost of his own life.
Following Stark's funeral, Thor appoints Valkyrie as the new ruler of New Asgard and joins the Guardians. Rogers returns the Stones and Mjolnir to their proper timelines and remains in the past to live with Carter. In the present, an elderly Rogers passes his shield and mantle to Sam Wilson.
GUIDE QUESTIONS:
What life lessons can be learned from the movie?
·       No man is an island. In every battle, in every struggle there is always someone there for you. Real friends will always be there for you.
What part of the story told by the movie was the most powerful? Why?
·       When everyone appears and assembled and they began fighting to destroy Thanos’ army.
Who was your favorite character in the movie? Why?
·       Iron Man because he sacrificed himself to save everyone and everything. But Thor did a great job with his acting skill to his role. I laughed really hard, almost embarrassing myself in the theater, when he appeared drunk, overweight, and a mess.
Did anything that happened in the movie remind you of something that has occurred in your own life or that you seen occur to others?
·       Yes.

MID NIGHT SUN
Sheltered since early childhood, Katie Price lives with a life-threatening sensitivity to sunlight caused by the rare genetic condition, xeroderma pigmentosum (XP). She is housebound during daylight hours and is cared for by her father, Jack and her best friend, Morgan.
Katie comes out of the house every night, once the sun has set. One night, her longtime crush, Charlie, notices her while playing guitar at the train station. Katie leaves suddenly and forgets her notebook, which Charlie keeps. Charlie returned her notebook and they started to hang out together.
However, Katie has yet to tell Charlie of her condition, despite her father warning her to do so. Charlie takes Katie out for a night to Seattle, where they go to a live show, and Charlie makes Katie play one of her songs on one of the city's streets.
Once home, they go swimming out in the lake, and dry off with a fire on the beach. Charlie mentions watching the sunrise, and Katie runs home in fear. Charlie picks her up and quickly drives her there, but she does not make it in time, and is exposed to the sunlight for just a couple of seconds. Charlie is so confused but Morgan explains Katie’s situation.
Katie ignored Charlie as she does not want to hurt him. But Charlie wants to be with Katie despite her condition. Charlie takes Katie out one night, and surprises her by booking a recording session, where she sings a song she wrote for him.
Soon after, while hanging out at her house, Charlie mentions that he has to visit the boat for the last time, which he has been hired to take care of the whole summer.
Katie, fearing that she is going to die, eventually remembers the time Charlie told her that he wished they could sail together, and convinces Jack to let her go with Charlie, despite it being during the day. Katie sails with Charlie, feels the sunlight, and spends her final moments with him, dying shortly thereafter.
Some time later, Charlie goes to Katie's house where he bids farewell to Jack as he is going to pursue his swimming dreams.
 GUIDE QUESTIONS:
What life lessons can be learned from the movie?
·       Everything we want is not always good for us.
What part of the story told by the movie was the most powerful? Why?
·       It is when they all went outside with Katie. When Charlie and Katie finally ride a boat on a sunny day. That part was so painful. Imagine when you finally got what you want but that kills you at the same time. You can feel the pain of her family and friend and the joy of Katie.
Who was your favorite character in the movie? Why?
·       Morgan (Quinn Shephard) because she is a supportive best friend and funny too but I think Jack, Katie’s father should be the one because he really love Katie even with her condition and he is also Katie’s number one supporter in everything she do. He is so brave. He granted his daughter’s wish even if that means he will lose her. He is the father that everyone wishes they have.
Did anything that happened in the movie remind you of something that has occurred in your own life or that you seen occur to others?
·       Yes.

+  Convenient Magsafe charging
+  Immersive 6.7-inch display
+  Superior performances
o   Charger sold separately
o   A bit heavy
o   No 120Hz display
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is much more than just a big-screen version of the iPhone 12 Pro. With its 6.7-inch display, this is the biggest display ever on an iPhone. But the iPhone 12 Pro Max lives up to its name in other ways, with an even more advanced camera than the regular iPhone 12 Pro and considerably longer battery life.
Of course, you get the same blazing fast A14 Bionic chip and 5G connectivity as all the other iPhone 12 models, but this is the Apple phone to get if you want the best of everything. Is all this worth an extra 5,000 pesos over the regular Pro? In fact, based on my testing, this is the best phone money can buy for those willing to pay a premium. The bigger question is whether this big screen is right for you.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: Design and colors
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is a beast of a phone compared to the regular iPhone 12 Pro. It’s really the difference between having a flagship phone you can comfortably use with one hand and, well, not.
But in exchange you get a much more expansive and immersive display, which not only fits more content on the display at once but gives you a bigger keyboard for typing and a mini movie theater in your pocket.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max looks more premium than the iPhone 11 Pro Max. And that’s because of the new phone’s sleeker-looking flat edges. The polished gleaming gold stainless steel on the unit was particularly eye-catching. It’s the smartphone equivalent of jewelry. However, the finish picks up fingerprints in a hurry.
The notch on the iPhone 12 Pro remains pretty large, but the TrueDepth camera still comes in very handy for Face ID. I just wish Apple found a way to integrate Touch ID in the display or the power button like it did for the new iPad Air.
At 6.33 x 3.07 x 0.29 inches at 8.03 ounces, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is a bit heavier than its predecessor. But you get a bigger display in roughly the same size, as Apple trimmed the borders around the screen.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is also tougher this time around. You get a Ceramic Shield display up front that’s rated for four times the drop performance as well as a better IP68 water resistance rating that goes down to 6 meters instead of 4 meters.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: Display
With its 6.7-inch OLED display, the iPhone 12 Pro Max’s OLED panel is smaller but brighter than the 6.9-inch Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. When watching K-drama, I enjoyed an explosion of colors that almost made me forget I was holding a phone.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max also happens to offer the most color-accurate display we’ve ever seen. The panel registered 0.07 on the Delta-E test, where 0 is perfect. The Note 20 Ultra notched 0.24.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max’s display averaged 654 nits in our lab tests, compared to a slightly higher 662 nits for the Galaxy. But outdoors we found the iPhone’s screen easier to read in direct sunlight.
The only thing missing from the iPhone 12 Pro Max is a smooth 120Hz rate, which would have made for smoother scrolling and even better gameplay like it does on the latest Samsung flagships. Here’s hoping for the iPhone 13.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: Cameras
The iPhone 12 Pro Max offers the best cameras on any phone, and that’s saying something considering how good the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Huawei Nova 7i are.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max has a larger main sensor than the iPhone 12 Pro, which is designed to deliver an 87 percent improvement in low light conditions vs the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The main lens on the iPhone 12 Pro Max also features a fast f/1.6 aperture and a LiDAR sensor for faster auto focus.
You also get a 2.5x optical zoom from the iPhone 12 Pro Max’s 12MP telephoto lens, which is behind the Note 20 Ultra’s 5x zoom but is better than the 2x on the iPhone 12 Pro.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: Performance
When it comes to sheer performance, the A14 Bionic processor in the iPhone 12 Pro Max, paired with 6GB of RAM, has no equal.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max also outperformed the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on the 3D Mark Wild Life graphics benchmark. Apple’s handset notched 41 frames per second, compared to just 24 fps for the Galaxy.
As expected, the iPhone 12 Pro Max also blew away the Android competition on Geekbench 5. Apple’s phone hit 4,111 on the multi-core test and 1,603 on single core. Compare that to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, whose Snapdragon 865 Plus chip scored just 3,294 and 985.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: 5G
The iPhone 12 Pro Max supports every flavor of 5G, including sub-6GHz and mmWave. The iPhone 12 Pro Max maxed out at 211 Mbps for downloads and 77.5 Mbps for uploads.
Like other iPhone 12 models, the iPhone 12 Pro Max can automatically switch to 4G via its Smart Data Mode. This comes in handy mostly when the screen is off, such as when you’re streaming music.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: Battery life
One of the biggest reasons to splurge on the iPhone 12 Pro Max is the extra endurance you get from its larger battery. The iPhone 12 Pro Max lasted 10 hours and 53 minutes. That’s nearly two hours longer than the regular iPhone 12 Pro, which endured for 9:06.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 20 Ultra was slightly behind the 12 Pro Max with a runtime of 10:26 over 5G, which dropped to 7:59 with the 120Hz display mode on.
iPhone 12 Pro Max review: Charging
Like the rest of the iPhone 12 lineup, Apple doesn’t include a charger in the box with the 12 Pro Max. That might be the green thing to do, as Apple has argued, but it’s also annoying, especially if you want to fast charge your phone.
A 950 pesos 20W fast charger will get a drained iPhone 12 Pro Max to just under 50% in 30 minutes. But MagSafe is getting more attention, because it works with the magnets in the back of the iPhone 12 Pro Max to easily attach a charger. This 1,950 pesos charger is 15W, which is slower, but it’s twice as fast as previous iPhone wireless chargers.
Just keep in mind that you’ll need a power brick and MagSafe adapter, as they’re sold separately.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max also works with a growing array of MagSafe accessories, including cases and wallets you can attach, as well as Apple’s 6,450 pesos MagSafe Duo charger that juices your iPhone and Apple Watch simultaneously. Again, though, you'll need to spring for a 20W charger for this accessory to work.

Greetings my friend! I want to tell you a little about myself.
My name is Noer Dela Cruz, and I am 16 years old.
My birthday is Feb 26, 2004, and I live in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines.
I am a Grade 11 ABM student at St. Paul University of the Philippines.
I want to be a flight attendant and to be a successful business woman someday. I want to help other people and become rich at the same time.
I have 3 older sisters and a younger brother. We have 2 aspin dogs, Taba is more than 2 year old and Luna is only 6 months old.
WHAT ARE MY HOBIES/LIKES?
I like playing with them sometimes and I like brushing their fur, giving them belly scrub and face scrub, and just petting them.
I like cleaning the house and organizing things in the house. After cleaning the house, I like to stay on the bed and browse through my social media accounts until midnight. Cleaning the house is very tiring so i eat a lot of food from the fridge but never get fat. Other people always compliment me because of that.
I love sweets like chocolates, ice cream, cakes, donut, and more.
I love coffee but I do not want my coffee to be too sweet or creamy or too bitter. I like it both hot and cold. My cravings can get crazy sometimes that is why I love to eat.
I love to read books and watch movies but I always forgot them after a week or a month. My favorite genres are fantasy, action, horror, comedy, and sci-fi. I used to read until 3 in the morning but I stopped that bad habit because my eye bags look so horrible, but I came back to that habit again because of this pandemic.
I like to read but I am not fluent in English.
I love to listen to any music depends on my mood but I can’t sing or dance.
I live to stare at the night sky and I always admire them, especially the sunrise and sunset.
I like plants just like my parents do especially my father. Maybe I can really do something but not as good as other people do.
GET TO KNOW ME MORE!
My favorite colors are blue and black but I like all colors depends on my mood or the design. My attitude depends on my mood or the people I am talking to. I used to be an active kid who loves to play with her friends outside but as I grow up I became an introvert. Growing up means discovering and learning a lot of things around you, and when I did, I realize that isolating myself from other people is better. I do not have/know my talent yet. I am not sporty because I do not find it fun. I can’t cook but I still love to eat. I can’t draw but I like different kind of arts.
That’s me and thank you so much for the reading!
Where do I see myself 10 years from now? Is my learning to SPUP vital to what I’m leading to?
·       I can see myself as a graduate in SPUP and doing my dream job. I can see myself enjoying my life as I travel in different countries around the world. Yes, because SPUP is giving me what I need to learn to be a successful person someday.
Was ABM the best choice after all?
·       You can be a flight attendant no matter what strand or course you took and what your previous job/s is because there will be always a training for every FA. I took ABM because I want to have my own business someday.
What course will you take in college and why?
·        UNDECIDED.
What topic would you like to learn more in this subject?
·       I want to learn about the different hacks about computer. I also want to learn the different types of modern technology and how to use them.
What the corona virus has taught you about life?
·       The corona virus made me realized that the world is so dirty and so polluted. It taught me that humans are the worst. They started the virus that is killing them. Now people should perform social distancing and lock themselves inside their houses. A perfect moment to have some time with their own family because they don’t have to go to school and work. They focus on their selves and rest from stress.
When the world declared that people should stay at home the busy cities being quite, no people littering everywhere, less pollution, and less pollution but this is a huge disadvantage for millions of people who need to work every day to have a roof over their head and a food on their table. A lot of people lost their jobs because of this pandemic because not all of us can relax in our home and enjoy this time. Imagine a big ship, a yacht, and a small boat experiencing a storm in the middle of the ocean. Its just like us, we are in the same storm but not the same boat.
