Story time related to this shoot under the cut

I posted on IG but not here but I got the chance to tool around an "actual" castle (in the USA so not really but structurally meant to look like a fairytale). This was a Ren fest but some ppl did recognize us. There was also a "quest" scavenger hunt with one of the items being someone with a skull on their outfit, so we autographed many a scavenger hunt. (I made sure to evangelize and put our characters' names.)

After the event I had a flat tire and some wonderful individuals who were waiting by my car (we were the first ones off the bus to the parking lot, I realized later they had to have been waiting, they told us they were both mechanics and furries which explained their interest and saintliness) put some air in it and we drove a quick 20 minutes to the nearest tire place, in a Walmart, still completely in the paint. True 9th in Canaan House experience, wearing dumbass facepaint in front of normal people. Scared some kids (unintentionally) and got some weird looks and a grandmother asked for our picture. 10/10

Never realized that the first thing Gideon does when she’s in Harrows body, the first thing she does as a character since her death, is un-impale herself. Harrow had been skewered through by Mercy just like Gideon was by the fence. Tamsyn fucking Muir.

finally tried my hand at a twin cinema poem and yaowza !! took me a couple hours to figure it out but i'm very happy with this one and i wanted to share. you can read gideon and harrow's thoughts separately to see their perspectives on their own and each other's actions, and putting them together supposedly reveals the truth of the lengths they would go to but can't communicate to one another :3

i just think that a form where they are talking to one another without hearing any response and yet are intertwining so perfectly is deeply on theme and makes me ill
