I completely forgot Ahkmenrah does not have any organs TwT
Headcannons to explain how this dude can function without a brain and other organs other than magic tablet (I can't choose so I'll let you guys pick):
Kahmunrah didn't allow the priests to perform the mummification process entirely because he didn't want Ahkmenrah's spirit to make it to the afterlife
2. While Ahkmenrah was at Cambridge, he (or someone else) put whatever organs stored in the canopic jars back into his body.
But Ahkmenrah would still be disabled because for millenias he was trapped in a box and his entire body was tightly wrapped, which would likely still siginficantly impact his physical capabilities even with the tablet.

Why does no one talk about the effects lacking organs would have on you?
Introducing the effects of being a mummy!
Sure, the tablet does bring life to the inanimate, but we know it has limits to its power. How much energy and mobility Ahk has would fluctuate from night to night depending on how the tablet is doing. On nights with less moonlight (like if there’s cloud cover) it would be worse than nights with lots of moonlight. With no blood flow, Ahk would experience things like coldness, dizziness, and discolouration in the limbs. Being trapped in a box for 54 years in tight mummy wraps would make him stiff and sore in the joins and weak in the legs. Having no brain and other head parts like the inner ear would make his balance bad. He’d get brain fog and nausea at times.
Ahkmenrah disabled canon. Being dead has strings attached.
He’s also autistic because I’m autistic and I say so
