There's something about Ivan being being viewed as obedient enough that the aliens don't make him wear a real collar, but the majority of the outfits we see on him have high necks.
Like he just wears a "collar" of a different kind. He is only allowed the illusion of freedom, not the real thing.
Especially since we don't see him wearing these types of shirts until after he acquires an "owner".

I read @itischeese 's fic and the thought of Obito having an actual Sensei that pays attention to his individual needs and gives him fucking CHAKRA CHAINS had me so hyped that I needed to draw fanart
I was kinda stuck on how to even draw Chakrs Chains, and then I thought "Wouldn't it be hilarious if he figures out how to manifest his chains as cuffs around his wrists. Yknow, like the chains he used when he released Kurama and killed both his Sensei and his wife :D" and I had to go with it,,, I hope you don't mind my take on Obito's chains ;v;''

Inspired by this post because he deserves it so much!
Itachi's genin team is three misfits with no or good-as-no parents, who need someone who understands what that's like. He also petitioned for Konoha to adopt and rehab Gaara. No idea how they made Suna give up their jinchuuriki, but. Wouldn't put it past Itachi fucking Uchiha to just kidnap him like I kidnapped abused animals LMAO
Little Gaara got a bit overzealous during the bell test, but Itachi's sharingan allowed him to jump in quickly enough.
He didn't get Sasuke, because a genin team is no place to accidentally play favourites.
