In my mind Ingo stayed in Hisui at least 20 years. In rp it became more like 15 but ye
Since fighting seems to be a big thing in Hisui with Kamado challenging a kid to sumo on their first day, I think all wardens would be trained well too. Ingo would have much to catch up to in his first years.
And after magically returning to Unova he’d surly make use of his new skills.
For this I looked into a bit of Hokkaido martial arts history so that was fun!
