Payment Policy for GO:

You have 72 hours (3 days) to pay once I’ve sent you a payment request

I’m willing to extend the deadline if you have a valid reason

I might send you a reminder 24 hours before the deadline but it's still your full responsibility to pay on time

‼️ LET ME KNOW if you cannot pay right away so I know when to expect your payment!

You’re banned from joining my GO. I’ll let you know of this so you’re aware, and I’ll post this in my story so people know you’re a time waster

Group Order Policy

‼️ PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE CLAIMING ‼️ I honestly don’t care if your bias or priority pc is in the GO, I will ignore your comment if I notice you didn’t read it (´｡• ᵕ •｡`)

GO requires PATIENCE, if you can’t wait for at least a month for your item, don’t join my GO please!

Price:

In Canadian dollars (CAD)

Includes - ems/tax fees (1-3 CAD) + wh/purchase fees (4-5 CAD)* + domestic shipping within Canada (depends on weight) + packing fee (0.50 CAD)**

Price will increase (1+ CAD) if you’re in the USA but it depends on the weight of the mail

Anything bigger than photocard/postcard, such as DVD, photobook, premium photos, will have separate fees (ie ems/customs + domestic)

‼️ If you joined a GO for bigger items and decide to back out when I ask for payment for the separate fees, I WILL NOT refund you. If you want your money back, you have the sole responsibility to find someone to take over your claim ‼️

*4 CAD fee only applies to personal orders for korean items (eg ktwitter seller, bunjang) and 5 CAD is only for japanese items (eg mercari, rakuten) - this is because you have no one to split the fee with since the package is just yours.

if it's a shared item (eg go for a set of pcs), this fee will be shared equally among the joiners.

**I always reuse boxes/bubble wrap/toploaders if they're still in an acceptable condition. the packing fee goes towards tapes, bubble mailers/manila envelopes, greeting cards + envelopes, plastic sleeves, etc.

Updates - these are the ones I’ll give out:

When the item has been secured aka otw to warehouse - this is usually when I ask for payment

‼️ (update 11/12) As of now, I'll make a group chat for each go I'm hosting since I'm not hosting a lot anyway. All updates of the go you're in will be sent through the group chat.

Each GO also has an ETA in its description, so if it’s nowhere near the ETA yet, please don’t ask when it’s gonna arrive

I won’t be sending individual updates to each joiner unless I absolutely have to. It's your responsibility to check the group chat for any updates.

‼️ You have to let me know of this BEFORE I ask for your address or do address confirmation - the perfect time to request combined shipment is when I announced that I've submitted packing request for the batch

I'm willing to hold up to 3 batches worth of items - I usually have 1 batch per month, so the maximum time I'm willing to hold your items is 3 months

‼️ Please don’t ask for discounts when joining a GO, that’s just inappropriate. If you can't afford to join the GO, then please don't join.

‼️ I have every right to cancel your claim and refund you. This can occur due to various reasons but it is up to my discretion.

‼️ Anyone who joined my GO are strictly forbidden from reselling their claims for profit. If I catch you doing this, you'll be banned from joining my future GO. If you happen to be a part of my GO when I catch you, I'll refund your claims then block you.

If you're hosting a GO for anything I'm selling, please only message me once you're ready to pay. The "NO HOLDS" policy is still applicable here.

Proofs I'll send you:

A video of the item and my username written on a piece of paper in the background.

Packing proof - this will show the envelope with your address + your item to confirm both your item and address at the same time!

Mailing proof - usually a video of me dropping it off!

Trading Policy

I don't trade with accounts that have multiple admins - no exceptions.

If you have LESS THAN 60 valid proofs (ie the username of the person you traded with is visible), I will ask you to send first regardless of your location!

Personal/private accounts must send first.

If you're sending first, I WILL NOT pack your items until I've received your mail.

‼️‼️ the second and third points above will be waived if I message you first or if we've traded before!

I will ask and send 3 proofs:

Picture/video of the item - if your video is too fast or short, I'll ask you to send me another one.

Packing proof - the picture must show the address written on the envelope and the item somewhat packed.

‼️ if you wrote the address wrong, please resend the packing proof so I can reconfirm. I will do this as well.

Mailing proof - video of you dropping it off in a public mailbox or at the post office OR a picture of the receipt with the date visible.

Packaging - READ THIS

‼️ If we’re trading, I expect you to pack similarly as I do or I’d rather we don’t trade ‼️

I don't care how well-decorated your mail is, I just want you to put the same effort as I do in packaging. It's unfair if the mail you sent out have higher risks of getting damaged because of poor packaging.

‼️ what I'm looking for is usually pretty specific, so make sure to read the post description carefully before offering :)

‼️ if either of us feels uncomfortable during the trading process, both of us have the right to cancel the trade. I’d rather cancel the trade than receive half-assed-packed mails :D

Inner sleeve + toploader/cardboard (sealed)+ plastic sleeve (sealed) + greeting card (if the item is too big, I’ll use manila envelope or bubble mailer).

‼️ If we’re trading, I expect you to pack similarly as I do or I’d rather we don’t trade ‼️ I expect both of us to put the same level of effort into packing. I don't care if it's ugly as long as it's safe and secure.

I usually reuse toploaders if they're still in an acceptable condition (i.e. no excessive glue residue), but if you prefer a new one pls let me know! Other packing materials I use are usually new and I try to make them reusable!

I always include freebies regardless if it's a trade/sale/go! However, if you don't want them, feel free to lmk! As much as I love giving them out, I'd rather they go to someone who appreciates them instead of someone who's just gonna throw them out :D

I always put my address as the return address at the back so you won't see it when I send you the address confirmation. This is because I have a stamp for it and my handwriting is usually pretty big so they all won't fit at the front. This complies with Canada Post's regulation (see "Correct address formats")

Mailing Out:

I always mail out in batches unless I'm only mailing out your item!

I always write initials on the envelope and it'll depend on whatever name you gave me.

Mail out videos are always posted in my store and can later be found in my "mail out ✉️" highlight!

- I might consider damaged mails to be my responsibility ONLY IF you have a video opening the mails from the beginning to the end (ie mails still sealed -> item is out of the inner sleeve)
