Dear Mr. Perfect,

You have helped me a lot. You pushed me to go beyond, to do the best I can, and to create the arts with my maximum limit. However, it might not be best for us to continue our relationship this way.

As mentioned above, I liked the way you pushed me to do my best, but it is devastating not living to your expectation. It was great while seeing my amazing artworks. You helped me so much checking my mistakes and errors in my arts; however, I miss the day I drew without the feeling of stress. It didn’t have to be perfect. I just needed to be enjoyable while drawing, to be happy when I draw something. If you keep checking my every step, I won’t actually be able to feel relax during my drawing time anymore.

To be able to draw without stress, I might need some distance between us. I may get a wider vision of what is good enough and, some days, I may live up to your expectation again.
