Expectations from food is irrational, I am expecting everlasting, enduring, never ending pleasure from food.
But it's true nature is ephemeral, make dependent, more I seek it more I become Dependant on high stimulation from it to get the same dopamine rush. Make senses numb. I don't need to deny it completely it's an important part of human life but I need to remind myself it's not a whole life.
Conciousness , Moderation, diversification play key role. Excess of healthy food become poison for you, sweet poison.
But keep conciousness, moderation diversification and food that is suitable for your body type in your mind.
Be content with organic natural state food, your tongue taste buds can easily adapt to these foods, if you allow it to do.
Don't follow your irrational thoughts, to confirm or support your behaviour.
Don't seek higher pleasure from processed food.

Pet safa law or rule.
Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full.
Stop eating healthy food as well, as you have removed all bright line foods (sugar, processd food, alcohol etc).
Abandon the thought that you need to eat it just because it will go waste, you can offer that food to someone who is on need, or to any animal.
Abandon the thought that food khatam ho jayega, it's is happening due to evolutionary phychological effects, the truth is on present society we are surrounded by infiite amount of food which is 24 hr available, so don't worry you are not going to die of starvation
Keep moderation, diversification and fiber top priority in your diet.
Try to eat food on it's natural state.
Eat Food with salad like carrots, cucumber, Tomato, cauliflower, patta gobhi.
Soaked legumes, nuts and seed are better than eating in raw form.
Drink water throughout the day, keep moving, sit and stand properly.
Cultivate positive thinking.
Be happy, have gratitude, engage yourself with activities that makes you feel relaxed and happy.
Few activities are listening to music, reading a great book, practicing my learnings into real life.
Eat slowly, concoiusly, taste the food totally. At the same time remind yourself, what you're expecting from it is illusionary and can lead only to death. So that I can develop a healthy habit of eating.
Food is important part of life but not the whole life, like sex. Living every aspect of life is important, food, sex, sleep, pleasure, addiction, anger, compassion, fear, risk, uncertainty, unknown, truth, experience every part of life. Decide your actions based on present challenges and ur conciousness
So keep it natural eat when u hungry stop when u full, make priority based on healthy diet not on tasty diet, if you can do this than you become capable of enjoying small things, like bel bhi or gehun ka dana bhi whi swad de dega, but don't depend or expect pleasure for it own sake.
If it comes enjoy, if don't be grateful for being alive to have a meal in your plate.

Don't eat based on mam made clock timings, follow your natural inbuilt system of hunger and satiety.
Always remember make food decisions based on health not on taste. That's the key for success.

This is a choice between life and death.

True self vs Ego
Responsibility vs confirming the masses or making yourself fool by making irrational stories.
Good habit which take effort vs bad habit that can be easily made.
Courage vs cowardice
Giving Guru dakshina vs not giving it.
Seeing Truth, living in truth vs deluding yourself, by knowingly becoming victim of things you can't control.
Have self compassion for yourself, you have improved a lot. Rejoy your achievement don't sweat over small things.
Bright line eat when you Hungary, not just for taste buds.
Keep fiber in your each meal, especially flax seed.
Don't eat confort food means easy to chew, eat whole food real food, eat slowly concoiusly.
Have a eating ritual make a habit to, make your plate and eat only that much if u still feel hungry than take it more.

Due to this I am having problems like, tooth decay, piles, loss of weight, swelling in foot.
But still continueing that behaviour.
It's a clear choice between life and death.
I will eat only when I feel Hungary naturally that's my bright line.
Eat healthy natural fiber rich diet.

Growth, evolution vs remaining at same level
Living fully or living as a dead.
Don't bother about anything it's your life decide for yourself whether you want to live in accordance with nature or die, die slowly.
Evolve or Extinct that's the only choice I have.
See gratitude, see what you have rather than seeing loses looms larger than gains.
No matter what the situation is, I have a power to choose my response, I have power to choose my action in this very moment, so that have freedom to change my life.

Key things to remember.
1. Awareness is the vital, the thing you attend to, you understand it, the more you understand the better control you have over it.
What I attend I become good at it.

What is Human?
I am doing bikeshedding, This question isn't that much important than taking action to face my fears.
I am playing safe, fact is I am procastinating to face my irrational fears, mainly social anxiety, but at the same time I need to appreciate my efforts to deliberately putting myself into those situations.
I need to make a balance in my life, balance between input of information and output of action.
Here 80/20 principal would be key.
Having clear todo and not todo list would be helpful.
Start early while having partial information, if you wait to act after becoming certain of everything then my friend you are making yourself fool.
Life nature is uncertain and unknown, and no matter how much you can know there always remain something to know.
Jump into the realm of unknown, have trust in life. Learn on the go.
