Mohammed and Haneen were about to finish high school, but the war made that impossible. With schools disrupted and safety compromised, their dreams were temporarily halted. Now, the only hope for them to continue their education is to travel abroad where they can resume their studies. However, the high costs of travel and education put me in a difficult position, as I need money to make this goal a reality. Because of the ongoing genocide, he has been forcefully separated from his family for more than a year! Being away from each other for so long has been very hard on both Diya, and his family. There is news again that the Rafah crossing will be opening soon on 10/10, and Diya URGENTLY needs to raise the funds to help his family evacuate. He is also raising funds to provide his family with the basic necessities they need to survive.
