I've spent most of February indoors due to surgery recovery. in that time I used my phone and other screens longer and more often than before. I'm okay now recovery wise but I've started having more and more recurring headaches and migraine-like symptoms like blurry vision and brain-fried-in-a-pan feeling. I'm grateful for the tool that is my phone, especially on days when it was too painful to do anything else, but I've fallen into a dependency with it. I'm clearly constantly overstimulated and I'm having trouble winding down in the evening after work (which is also in front of a screen) with any activities that aren't screen based. I'm going to try limiting screen time in March if possible, I gotta give it a try
