TikTok is Going to Ban in Pakistan

Social media apps are not loved by everyone. Entertainment for some may turn into agony for others. A man filed a complaint against the social media app TikTok on Pakistan Citizen Portal established by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.

The man, resident of Nowshera, fed up of the craze of TikTok and urged the government to take action against the app. The man demanded the government led by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to ban TikTok in the country as he termed it to be a ‘social ill’.

After the complaint has been filed, the Pakistan Citizen Portal took the action and quickly forwarded that complaint to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for further proceedings. According to some news sources TikTok is going to ban in Pakistan on  10 January 2019.

Over the past several months, TikTok videos have started going viral on other social media sites racking up millions of views on Twitter and Instagram. TikTok is one of the most popular iOS and Android apps in the world right now. Hundreds of millions of users, many of them teenagers or children, use it to upload and browse lip sync videos and memes.

As per the recent stats, currently TikTok has more than 500 million users from 150 countries. The app is available on Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store

WHO AM I?

WHO AM I? It is the most tricky or maybe a simple question. Today I wrote my 1st blog, after publishing that blog a question generated in my mind that people can read my blog but do they ever can know me that who am I?

So, I am making a try to tell the world that "who am I". Every person knows about himself/herself but the tricky thing is how to express himself/herself in words.

I am a boy who just cleared his master's degree in Economics. I am full of life and love surrounding myself with like-minded people. I have high ambitions in life and most of all I want to make my family proud.

My name is Naeem Furqan son of Saifullah Durrani from Pakistan, living in beautiful city Sahiwal. I opened my eyes in Multan (The city of saints) on 18 Nov 1991. I completed my primary education from a well-reputed school in Multan named as Nishat High School.

I belong to a Pathan (DURRANI) family. My father is a Govt. employee. He always does his best for our family. As a father, I think he is the best father in the world.

In 2001 my family shifted Sahiwal from Multan due to the transfer of my father. In 2008 I passed my Matric exams, after that, I chose Commerce field for further studies and got graduate in 2013.

2013 was really best year of my life, as my biggest wish come true, I got my first puppy in that year. He was a German Shepherd I named him 'TIGER". I couldn't afford costly pets but for the sake of my lifelong wish, my father allowed me to fulfill my ethical wishes.

I am crazy about Rottweiler and Persian cats too, my father also fulfill my this desire. I found him always behind me whenever I need him.

Like most of the other graduates, I also started a job after my graduation. In 2016 my father told me to do further studies as just graduation have no value nowadays so I decided to continue my studies, I got admission in M.Sc Economics and by the Grace Of Allah Almighty and due to prayers of my beloved parents, I completed my master's degree as well.

Currently, I am attending a life-changing training session at e-Rozgaar training center COMSATS Sahiwal under the non-technical domain. I think its best training program by the Government of Punjab.

In Conclusion, I must say in this life journey I face many hurdles and problems but my parents always taught me that life is not a piece of cake or a bed of roses but by hard work, struggle and being always positive a person can achieve any goal in life. So, always be positive
