Character thoughts:

Pink dots: wearing similar outfits to Arlo - the belts and the jacket design - are they the civil corps from sandrock? Or are they flying pigs in training?

Green dot: looks similar to Xu in clothing, hair etc and has a similar name. Could be a relative of Xu or someone unrelated

Blue dot: shes straight up Esmeralda from hunchback of Notre dame

Yellow dots: church of the light uniform on one, similar on the other. Maybe they know Nora or Lee. One could be a higher up. Also looks sort of like a porter uniform.
