I lay there in the dark as my thoughts about us consume me.

Not again. Not you, too.

I remember eveything as if they were yesterday.

Your touch, your smell, your voice, your kiss. The tightness of your comforting hugs, the reassuring words you speak.

I can't believe I'd lose you so soon. I really thought it was something special, now I'm not even sure if you really find us special. I can't even tell if you were being real with me.

I lay there as I relive every memory we shared inside my head, and I realized we can't make new ones now.

Why did you have to do that. You should've known. You of all people, whom I trusted with my pain and past.

It is still so surreal that this is my new reality now. Not again. Not you. I thought you were different. Turns out, you were just too good to be true.

I don't want to lose you, but I just can't trust you anymore. It is such a fucking shame. I slightly hate how I had to discover that. I sort of wish I didn't, so I won't have to lose you. Now I can't tell you how much I love you.
