If you were to ask me how do you fall in love with exercise. Its developing a sense of how your body feels before and after. Its the same thing about life. If you think of your time as creating a theme or picture at the end of the day, you will start to have so much fun. Especially when you write stories about your memories. You might find alot of laughter in your memories. It helps you value the little things. The little things helps you insert so much more control of your experience. Because it always the little things that add up. As for running. You take it slow until your body sense is fully develop so that after exercising you can reap the sensory experience fully.

Today,
I looked at my protein powder there was no fiber in it. I looked at previous protein powder and had 4mg of fiber. I eat poke i have less cravings. Even friday i had a salad with chips and i was standing the whole day. No cravings, i only ate to unwind.
I ran the experiment of eating non stop broccoli for two weeks. So I know when there fiber in food or not, by my cravings,

Yesterday.
I had been thinking alot about lifestyle. How the quality of your lifestyle is depended on your gives and take. Sometimes you have to look up. I had been thinking about through all the trials and tribulations, the world becomes more magical as you start living your life for yourself. Situations and things start to become reality builers. The more you learn the better you feel. The more you could experience the better you learn.
Yo-GI-OH
When I would first attempt to play yo-gi-oh my stress loves would overwhelm and then I would shut down. It was like the pathway was trying to be formed and I had to continue to push. Since then my abilities to sit down and work through anxiety inducing problems. For example, the ability to budgeting becoming so much easier. This was a high stressful thing in the beginning. Yo-Gi-Oh is alot of calculations. This circumvented the ability to do unforseen calculations in your head
Low impact exercise
You start to appreciate exercise that limit your fatigue. You still circulating your blood. Getting your heart pumping can lead you to higher impact exercise. The idea of being able to read your blood quality and deeply circulate. If you do low impact exercise long enough; you can reach for the energy inside your body before it signals fatigue, thus making it more useable.
The magic inside a person
Watching other or listening to other experience can be either rejuvunating or draining. But they make the experience feel more. Its a very interesting to see the vessel full of experiences help make an experience feel more. You dont even have to be connected. The ability to seek deep appreciation and curiousity could lead a very different life even though the outerworld looks very same. The inner world illuminates the outerworld
Being a gamer and being a player.
A gamer is someone who can build experiences to a positive trajectory. A player is someone who can manipulate actions inside an experience to get to a point. A gamer is the one who can make the experiences that a player wants to participates in. It really is different set of lifestyle choices.
