Hey,
It's been a long time since I've written anything that resembles a love letter so please stick with me. I'm trying to be more vulnerable. Also, with the fucking state of the world.. if I can even put a speckle of positivity or love, I should... right?
Did you know you inspired me to write poetry?
Anyway..
Usually love and emotion makes me a bit erratic. I get scared of people coming too close and letting me down but you know.. I don't care. Reject me if you want to, that doesn't make my feelings less real. They say if you love something, let it go. If it comes back it's truly yours... Well... I'm here.
You asked me what I want. I responded with time. But if you really want to know what I want... It's you. Fully.
Why?
You're the only person I know and have known that activates me as you have. Positively and negatively. You've turned me into a yearner. I've seen your softness, I've seen your hardness. I've laughed with you, I've cried about you.. you've held my body.. my heart. You saw me and wasn't scared rather you wanted more. I'll always love you for that. You unconsciously validated me so much. And I hope I did the same for you..
I've seen you too and want more. The good, the amazing, the bad and the ugly. I want to be your safe haven in this world. I want to add to your happiness, I want to lessen your hurt, I want to hold you, cry with you, love you, work with you, build trust, laugh with you.. i want to do it all. I want to explore you. I want you to have a home in me, a place to just be. I want you to be the same for me. You balance me in ways no other person has done. I want us to balance each other. Make things life throws at us barrable.
I want to build whatever life we want with you. A true partnership.
I want you to need me so I can be there for you. I want to care of you as you do me. I want to always make space for you in my life and work with your needs. I want to give you my world, in exchange of yours. I want to date & grow together & individually, as long as it's us. You deserve the love you dream of and so do I and I feel like we can be that for each other.
Time spend with you feels like a comforting and calm hand in the dark & I want that forever. I'm a powerfull being and so are you. And I would love to spend my time making sure you know. I wanna see, feed and nurture you in ways that grow your soul. I can't stop thinking about you and our potential.
And even if you don't want any of those things with me. There is someone on this earth that feels like that about you and that's also good to know. I can't help how I feel about you.
Of course I hope this will open your heart to us, so we can give it a real go. Being your girl is something I would be proud of, hopefully you feel the same. If not, I'll gladly take the L for letting you know. I'll deffo cry about it BUT it's important to tell people how you feel.
I hope you feel what I'm trying to say. I have big feelings that can't always be captured correctly in words but I tried.

My whole body wants you
From the moment I know you're coming, I feel my body tingling. My heart jumping and my mood excited.
When you're at the door, I feel the excitement of a kid getting a present. I know that only the door is separating us and I can't wait.
It's usually starts with a simple hey, followed by a kiss. I'm ready.
That kiss is all I need, my body needs to be ready for what follows.
You make my happy.

Hey J,
I know we have been a bit rocky lately, but I wish I could express how optimistic I am about a future us.
A few times, when I left my mind to wonder.. I seem to end up at moment we have had. I see your face, how you look at me, when you hold my hand.. when you kiss me.
There are no thoughts that gets me warmer, then thinking of you being beside me. You warmth, your hugs.
I can see how you look at me with those questioning eyes.. I always wonder what you鈥檙e thinking about. Usually when I ask you, you just smile, all cute.
There is something about you that makes me feel good and I hope this feeling stays a while and we can revel in it.
I hope we can be happy together for a while.
