When you want to binge:
Remember that food will not help you feel better. Whatever feeling you have, weather it be loneliness, boredom, anxiety, sadness, numbness, depressed, whatever it is the food is not going to help. You will feel better for maybe a moment and then the moment will pass and you will feel even more shitty than before and whatever emotion you were going through will only be exemplified because you will now feel guilty and gross.
Food is not the answer or cure how you’re feeling. It never was and it never will be.
