2 Weeks Down

Fun Fact: My residence hall has bats. In fact, it is a declared bat sanctuary to an endangered species of bat. 

That’s cool, saving endangered animals is nice, and I appreciate the University’s stance on protecting these bats. 

But not when they fly at my face. At 1 in the morning. While I’m on rounds.

Day 1

It’s 11:53 pm and I should probably be resting for the first day of RAO tomorrow (yay!). The staff doesn’t really know one another too well so I’m glad to have the time during training to get to know them. I’m almost done unpacking, and I’m really glad to call this place home!

In other news, I forgot to pack my headphones and there is a really loud frog outside my window. Yay.

The Adventure Begins

I have 3 weeks until I move onto campus for RAO. My door decs are turning out to be really cute (pics to come once more are completed) and I’m brainstorming program ideas. 

I’m most excited to get to know the staff better. They all seem like amazing people, and RAO will allow us to get to know one another. 

Let the adventures begin!
