VII VITIUM present their debut album

VII VITIUM unveils the cover art for their debut album, along with the guests who will accompany the pillars of this project, namely Daniele Laurenti (Kryuhm), Giampi Tomezzoli (Kryuhm, Epitaph) and Daniele Pedrollo (Kayleth).

Numerous guests have accompanied VII VITIUM, and thus participated in the making of their self-titled debut album: Joe Ferraro (Cultus Sanguine), John Goldfinch (L'Impero Delle Ombre), Sandra Silver, Daniele Donini, Alessandra "Trinity" Bersiani (La Grazia Obliqua), Dario Vicariotto (IV Sigillo), David Cremoni, Vittorio Sabelli, Lisa Bonacquisti, Melissa Bonacquisti, and Luca Gregori. Each of them has given their own interpretation to the project's fascinating theme, contributing in a unique and valuable way.

The project aims to explore the world of sin, distancing itself from Christian teachings and offering a personal vision of the seven deadly sins, giving voice to their Demons.

Musically, VII VITIUM explores unconstrained territories. They range from the Dark Occult sound of DEATH SS and PAUL CHAIN, to European Doom, from Italian Progressive Rock to independent Rock, and finally to 1980s Darkwave.

"Tears Painted Sky" is the title of the new CULTUS SANGUINE

"Tears Painted Sky" is the title of the new CULTUS SANGUINE album, which will see the faint light of night in the spring of 2026 via My Kingdom Music.

The successor to "Dust Once Alive" has taken shape; the recordings for "Tears Painted Sky," the fourth album from CULTUS SANGUINE, will begin in December and will give life to an album characterized even more by the dark and melancholic atmospheres typical of its predecessor, but with a more intense and macabre musical imprint, confirming the band's unmistakable sound.

Joe, frontman and longtime member of the band, tells us about it: "A series of dark poems to sing the pain of life: this is "Tears Painted Sky"! It's more than an album, it's a descent, a slow and inexorable journey into the depths of the soul, where light is only a memory and pain takes shape. Its songs branch out like twisted nerves, along the narrow, damp alleys of the certainty of the end. Every note is a wound, every word a confession. There is no hope, no catharsis, only the decadent elegance of the inner sunset".

With "Tears Painted Sky," CULTUS SANGUINE pushes the already fragile boundaries of their poetics, exploring painful territories and abandoning themselves completely to the aesthetics of the end. A work that doesn't console, but accompanies those who know how to listen into the blackest heart of their own solitude.

GOAD unveil "Dusketha" cover and details

"Dusketha" is GOAD's new album, a twilight journey composed by the soul of the band, Maurilio Rossi, once again inspired by the great voices of Anglo-American poetry: Keats, Poe, Lovecraft, Masters, Graham. The album will be released on October 10th as a double CD and digital format by My Kingdom Music, and today we unveil the cover of the album, an original artwork by Maurilio Rossi himself.

"Dusketha" will feature 18 tracks for nearly two hours of pure art, constantly balancing dream, magic, poetry, and unique melodies. It's music that blends live recordings with classical studio productions, performed with electric and acoustic instruments, all transferred to analog tape and re-digitized to restore warmth and depth to the sound, thanks to the masterful Max Cirone's work.

"Dusketha" is the voice of shadows that think, the breath of lost poems, every note a fragment of eternity, and the analog tape preserves its magic. After over 50 years of career, GOAD continue to surprise us, and they do so in the most sublime way possible. GOAD, the history of Italian Prog!

This is what Maurilio wanted to tell us about the journey that led to the birth of this new creation: "Dusketha" for me represents a sort of sonorous ritual between poetry and shadow, the sound of an inner twilight, where poetry merges with unconventional harmonies and sometimes visionary arrangements. The primordial idea for this album is the product of a journey that began in 1993... With it, I tried to give a sound to the original texts of John Keats, Edgar Lee Masters, H.P. Lovecraft, E.A. Poe, Jorie Graham, and others, and to do so, I searched for a warm, vibrant sound. After various experiments, aided by Max Cirone and his vast experience, we came to the conclusion that we needed to return to the use of "old" instruments and production methods, such as the Maxell UD 25-120 magnetic tape and the Akai GX4000D recorder, as well as the use of "tape bounce" to give the whole thing a "vintage" aesthetic. I must admit that the result was surprising, and I'm convinced that whoever listens to it will be transported into a deep and immersive experience like rarely happens."

DAWN OF A DARK AGE new album will be "Ver Sacrum" Their last album "Transumanza" confirmed DAWN OF THE DARK AGE as one of the most interesting acts of the Italian Extreme Metal scene. Now after 2 years of hard work Vittorio Sabelli, eclectic mastermind of the project, is ready to present the first details of the new album that will be titled "Ver Sacrum" and is ready to be released on December 12th, 2025 via My Kingdom Music. For the first time the album, now in the final stages of mastering, sees the presence of a new singer, well known to the Italian scene, who we will present in the next few days and above all it has been conceived to be brought on stage with exclusive live shows programmed for December where they will be able to show the extreme epicness and avantgardish sound of their music. This is what Vittorio Sabelli wanted to tell us about the new DAWN OD A DARK AGE album "Ver Sacrum": "It was incredible to work on the new album "Ver Sacrum." For the first time, it seemed extremely linear and fast, as if everything was already written and simply needed to be extracted like a sculpture from the existing marble. The theme once again harks back to the Samnites, and in particular to the so-called Sacred Spring (Ver Sacrum in Latin), a social and religious ritual common in pre-Roman times. Musically, it picks up where "Transumanza" left off, but everything becomes even darker and more sinister, with truly ancient atmospheres that leave an indelible mark on this work. The new singer's contribution was also great, lending an absolutely primordial and arcane touch to this work, which I believe is necessarily the most mature, refined, and profound album I've ever created. I can't wait for you to hear it! ". We just have to wait; extreme music, folk music and jazz will once again blend together in a balance, capable of telling stories of times gone by in an absolutely unique and precious way.

EPITAPH present their new singer.

"Path To Oblivion" by Italian doomsters EPITAPH has established itself as one of the best albums of the Doom scene in the last year. Having practically sold out in almost every store, it is preparing to be reissued, first on CD and then with a pleasant surprise in September, which we will announce shortly. Meanwhile, EPITAPH is happy to announce the official addition to the band of well-known singer of Chilean origins FELIPE PLAZA KUTZBACH, already with Procession, Destroyer 666 and Scald, among others.

The band introduces him to us with these words: "Felipe is a great friend and, above all, a huge fan of the band for years now. He recently played with us in Pinerolo at the Church of Crow Doom Festival, flying in from Sweden especially for that night. We have to say it was fantastic, the chemistry was excellent, the quality was unquestionable, so it was almost natural for us to ask him to be our frontman both for our upcoming live events and for our next album, which is now starting to take shape. New single for GOAD and news on the next album

GOAD's latest album "Titania" was released about a year and a half ago and today we present a new single composed by Florentine Progressive band entitled "Be Happy". In reality, the song is not completely unreleased, as it was present as a bonus track in the double vinyl version of the same album, but the band wanted to pay homage to their fans by publishing the song and so it is now public to everyone.
