Today marks 2 weeks since I fully began my jumpstart journey and I couldn’t be prouder!!! Got 45mins of Cardio in last night & I felt GREAT. 2 weeks down & 2-4 weeks to go. Lunch was delish as can be. Losing 10lbs in one week is DEFINITELY worth the meals I’m having to eat to get there. Maintenance is gonna be the hard part, but I got this!!!
Wednesday, March 7th I weighed a remarkable 203.8lbs. I THOUGHT I WAS AT 175LBS?! How did I let this happen? Damn you Crawfish season and love. Dickflu got me too. smh....
