MONDAY
— breakfast: 🍓 strawberry n cream oatmeal (110)
☆ lunch: 🍳fried egg (w water) & 🍇grapes (131)
— dinner:🍟 happy meal (570)
☆ snack: 🪱 sour gummy worms (60)
total calories: 871 ☼
Those sour gummy worms were so good. I like to eat them in half’s and suck on them so they last longer.
TUESDAY
— breakfast: 🍓 strawberry n cream oatmeal (110)
☆ lunch: 🥚 two boiled eggs (155)
— dinner: 🧀 kraft mac n cheese cup (220)

☆ snack: 3 pieces of gum (15), Gummy Bears (177)
total calories: 847 ☼
Good day! When I eat low cal meals throughout the day it really makes it easier. I feel good.
WEDNESDAY (metabolism day)
— breakfast: 🍑 peaches n cream oatmeal (110)
☆ lunch: 🥚 poached egg (77) salami (60)
3 gummy bears (33)
— dinner: 🍟 two happy meals (1,092)
total: 1,392 ☼
not too upset about today considering going by my calorie maintenance I am still in a deficit!
THURSDAY
— breakfast: 🥯 plain bagel w cream cheese (372)
☆ lunch: -
— dinner: 🌯 half of a chipotle burrito (545)
🥤 & a 7up (140)
total: 1,070 ☼
oops, I went over. but oh well I still am under my calorie maintenance so I’m not actively gaining weight. What I do regret is not sticking to my schedule and eating after I woke up in the middle of the night instead of just going back to bed. So my “breakfast” was at 1 in the morning. it’s unfortunate, but it’s not the end of the world. it wasn’t a binge so I think I’ll live lol.
I binged after this btw lol.
FRIDAY

I slept most of the day so I didn’t eat, but then i got high and wanted to eat everything I saw unfortunately. So there will be no total because I stopped counting lol. Let’s do better tomorrow. I miss my routine.
SATURDAY

was doing good until an unexpected family dinner unfortunately. But I’m okay. Also I had like 3 happy meals this week geez lol. With the family dinner I kinda estimated what I ate since I didn’t finish everything.
