Day 2: AU Heaven

Alastor: Oh, that’s me right?

Charlie: (Giggles) Yes that’s you. And most unusual man, I’ve ever broken up with.

Alastor and Charlie then clink their glasses together and drink.

Alastor: Speaking of breaking up with neat guys, why did you dump me?

Charlie: I didn’t dump you. I was protecting myself. I mean, we weren’t very good for each other at the time.

Alastor: Fair enough. Hell, I’m not good enough for me.

Charlie: You’re much better than you realize. You don’t give yourself enough credit.

Alastor: I need to hear that kind of stuff. If I had this kind of support on a twenty-four hour day basis, I could have myself whipped into shape by the end of this century.

Charlie: Well why don’t you give me a jingle in the year 3000?

Alastor: (Looks down nervously then looks back up at her) Why don’t I give you a…A jingle right now?

I tried to use this more sketchy style because I honestly didn't know exactly what I wanted to draw🤓, but I'm satisfied with the color🙌🏻💚.

I was inspired by “The Horse and The Infant” from Epic: the musical by Jorge Rivera-Herrans.

Alastor is forced by the owner of his soul to hurt Charlie but he’s begging not do it.
