My name is Salem 26 years. I’m just a regular person whose life changed completely in a single moment. Not long ago, I was in a terrible accident that left me with paralysis from the chest down. It was a devastating shock – but I refused to give up.

I started intensive physical therapy abroad , and for the first time since the accident, I began to feel small but hopeful reactions from my body. These tiny signs are everything to me right now. They mean that there’s still a chance… but only if I can continue treatment.

Here’s the hard part – my funds are running out, and the journey ahead is long. Doctors say I need at least two more years of therapy to have a real chance of standing, walking, and getting my life back.
