Spike always maintaining Dru’s manicure (and painting his to match).

Spike stealing DVDs and CDs for Dawn.

Spike having to get help bleaching the back of his hair after that time he missed a spot, and Buffy never let him live it down.

Spike begrudgingly letting Dawn take him trick or treating, but refusing a costume (someone asks if he’s dressed as Billy Idol, and he has to hold back from biting them).

Spike and Giles having virtual “Passions” watch parties (sometimes Giles has to put down the phone, because honestly, who talks through the whole show? It’s bad form).

Spike going to girls’ night with Tara and Anya (and getting so wine drunk that he calls Clem to tell him how much he loves him).

Spike taking one of the kittens from kitten poker home, and totally falling for this little bundle of fluff (Buffy finds them on the couch one night, a little ball of grey fuzz curled up on Spike’s chest, purring loud enough to wake the dead (though not Spike, he’s somehow still sound asleep)).

The secret sauce that makes Spuffy work so much better than most newer Enemies to Lovers is that that Spike is weird little freak who shows in painstaking detail the embarrassing growing pains of developing as a person. He's not some ~secret good guy~ who's just misunderstood, he was actually an evil little shit with just enough charisma to be too human to stake so the main characters let him stick around. He had to claw his way to humanity and it was that growth, and the slow development of Buffy's affections in response to it, that makes it so compelling.

I see over the years Alyson’s take on Willow and what I found really interesting about Willow is - you see Willow and you think that in the fuzzy sweaters and little cutesy skirts; like the sort of juvenile side to her that she doesn’t have any kind of like internal fortitude or any sort of spine and she actually does.

She actually really does. She stands up to Xander every now and then, she confesses she broke into the city council’s security system, she happens to have a petty side where she just lets it be known to Giles like, “Have you met Cordelia?” I was actually really surprised to see that and I wasn’t offended or felt ill of her character, I just thought it was funny and good for her.

Priorities

kind of a crack concept, but Buffy and Spike being each other's shadow selves to the point that their exes could had fun dynamics with each other:

Dru would validate Riley's freak in a sense she wants a loyal knight, while he's fixated on being needed. She would get a loyal dog and his temperament as a military man means unlike Spike, who's always was a bit of non-conformist, Riley wouldn't question her werid tactics and whims, but also as a former psychology student he would prob help her a lot with episodes, even if he's not natural at emotional intelligence. She gets a tall boytoy as treat, he gets to be biten by a truly bad bitch.

Parker should ended up that night in The Harsh Light Of The Day hooking up with Harmony. They would match perfectly on egocentricity front. Admittedly Harmony deserves better, but if someone could scare the living hell out of this fuckboy and accidentally fix him, it would be her. Also if she eat him it also would be neat.

Want to put in this Angel and Cordy, cause I love cangel. Angel is Spike's ex in this scenario, by the way.

the biggest plot hole in btvs is how buffy and spike managed to have sex fully clothed and standing up so often while they're both wearing leather pants. ive been running the calculations on that scenario for years and i really don't think it's possible.
