Skream feat. Sam Frank
'Rollercoaster'
Exhilarating, absurd and uplifting, this promo promotes a world wide boogie!
"A comet is on course to destroy Earth by midnight. Political leaders make speeches and the human race prepares for the end. That is, except for Tom, an amateur astronomer in a small town who discovers otherwise.
Tom bounds through the abandoned streets trying to convince the apocalyptic town’s people to relax and just have a party. As impact looms closer the comet’s ice shell melts to reveal what looks like a giant disco ball! Tom was right, but when the night comes will it bring the end of humanity or the biggest dance floor in history?" - dir: Ian Robertson

"Keep on chasin money"
An eccentric, extreme montage of 80's fitness videos, American telepreachers, religious fanatics, Lil' Miss Beauty Pageants, 90's beauty informercials, home shopping, rioters and shoplifters.
Chris Bristow worked alongside director, Henry Scholfield (Partizan), to create grimy music promo for Professor Green's new Track 'Are You Getting Enough? ft. Miles Kane. Working to keep the retro style, Chris's VFX and inserts seen on all informercials and Home shopping are authentically dated and most definitely cheeky!:
"Full make-up set with lipstick included. Now rash free!"

Yes, you all know I love ice cream vans so its only natural that I went bonkers about the script of Gelato Go Home. But the script is nothing compared to the final film. Which is just beautiful. Munky have had the pleasure of working with Ron O'Neil (BBC) creating a documentary celebrating Michael Vlasto's incredible career at the Royal National Lifeboat Institute. Michael was presented with his honorary Silver Medal, one of the charities highest accolades, at the Barbican in London to much applause.
Michael, Operations Director at RNLI, played an extraordinarily significant role in steering the charity  into a multi-faceted, world-class search and rescue organisation that saves so many lives at sea.
Collaborating with court artist Julia Quenzler, the film incorporates photos and footage (some more embarrassing than others!) documenting Michael's amazing career and as a figure much loved by friends and family.
A real honour to be involved in celebrating a wonderful man's significant contribution to saving many lives at sea!

Three: The Pony
Thinkboxes Winner - March/April 2013
TV ads have long been a popular subject for great viral videos. Mobile network Three’s moonwalking Shetland pony ad, created by Wieden & Kennedy, has been widely shared across social networks, successfully building the brand in the process.
The campaign strategy was to focus on the humorous clips that people share via their mobiles, rather than the network details.
The pony, dancing to Fleetwood Mac’s Everywhere, perfectly demonstrated this with the strapline “Silly stuff. It matters”.
Margaret Burke, director of brand and integrated communications at Three, says: “The strategy wasn’t to talk about the internet, but instead to celebrate the enjoyment that’s brought through people using it – in particular, to celebrate how sharing silly stuff is important at a human level.
”The TV spot promoted a hashtag, #DancePonyDance, to encourage sharing and user-generated content; it also invited viewers to visit Ponymixer.com to make their own mash-ups with different backing tracks and edits.
“We wanted to be of the internet, not just talking about it. We wanted to facilitate not just the sharing of silly stuff, but also the creation of it,” says Burke of the campaign’s UGC element.
Academy member Laurence Green says: “Three has suddenly found its place and its voice. Creating content that goes viral to brand an internetfriendly network is good thinking. The execution is hard not to like and the ‘big shove’ of TV the catalyst for it all.”
This month second place went to Somersby Cider’s ‘The Somersby Store’; Lurpak’s ‘Weave your magic’ ad came third.

Tabasco, "Get your tongue Dancing!" BDA Creative cleverly devised Tabasco’s weird and wacky new sponsorship bumpers for Food Network UK featuring lively tongues dancing with pleasure! “Get your tongue dancing!” being the creative core to this campaign, Munky’s Chris Bristow has been crafting and warping giddy tongues to perform impressive gymnastic choreography. Staying in the land of reality, Chris skillfully enhanced and embellished the acrobatic skills on some of the tongues from manipulating subtle flips and twists to bigger swirling licks. This certainly made for some slobbery casting… These tongues love Tabasco!

Breathless - ITV starring Jack Davenport
Munky is pleased announce it is working on ITV's new stylish and compelling six-part character drama Breathless created by Paul Unwin and Peter Grimsdale for ITV Studios.
Produced by Jolyon Symonds, Breathless sports a star studded cast; Jack Davenport (Smash, Pirates of the Caribbean) is joined by Natasha Little (Kidnap and Ransom, Vanity Fair), Oliver Chris (One Man Two Guvnors, Green Wing), Zoe Boyle (Downton Abbey, Sons of Anarchy), Joanna Page (The Syndicate, Gavin & Stacey), Shaun Dingwall (Above Suspicion, Rock & Chips), Catherine Steadman (The Tudors, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen), Sarah Parish (Hatfields & McCoys, Monroe), Pippa Haywood (Mr Selfridge, Scott & Bailey) and Iain Glen (Game of Thrones, Prisoners Wives).
The series opens in 1961 following the lives of a group of doctors and nurses working in a London hospital, a world in which everything and everyone has their place. But underneath this veneer simmers a cauldron of lies, deceptions and guilty secrets, driven by love, ambition and sex.
Munky are working closely with production ensuring the fabric of the show is authentically dated by incorporating intricate period details, set extensions and removing modern artifacts.
Gary Brown, Munky's VFX supervisor says "Production really are developing an exciting visual style and design for this and its been marvellous being a part of that right from the off."
Filming started in April and runs for 12 weeks on location in London.
