My name is Mahand Hassan, and I am from Palestine, in my mid-forties. I am a father of three children and a husband to a woman I love dearly. I have always worked hard to provide my family with a better life. Some time ago, I decided to invest in my family's future by purchasing a home for us, so I took out a loan of $70,000 USD from the bank, believing that I would be able to repay it easily, especially since I had a stable job.

However, life didn’t turn out as I had hoped. I unexpectedly lost my job due to the difficult economic conditions in the region, and I found myself responsible for my family without a steady source of income. Despite my continued efforts to find a new job, I have been unable to cover the monthly installments of the loan, which has put me in a very difficult situation.

Today, I am at risk of losing the home I bought for my children, and this crisis could have painful consequences on their lives, as they have always dreamed of a better, safer life in this home. I appeal to you today, with hope in my heart, to help me repay the loan so I can keep my family’s stability and secure our home. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our lives.
