We've seen lots of polls around authors saying it's not at all weird to get comments on old fic (it is in fact a delight!), but I'm curious about the other direction.

Life happens, writers can be shy or just get busy or simply not have the spoons to always reply right away even if they want to, and eventually it starts to feel like it might be weird to reply after a certain point. So:

Honestly I think one of the ways that fandoms tend to put the relationships between characters into familial boxes that makes the least amount of sense to me is when they're like "this character is is like an Uncle to this other one :)" Like what does that mean what exactly is an uncle supposed to do. I have exactly one uncle and I see him on average once every two years and I don't think i've ever talked to him one on one because functionally he's just a guy that lives with my aunt. I mean there's also greg but I don't think he counts

I did a hatsune miku album cover art thing with leo and donnie im planning on doing mikey and raph next

maybe three snappers so they can by Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow.

Sure April is already yellow but like Janaki nabs Red because she wants to be Raph when she grows up and Splinter calls her Red Two sometimes so doubling up colors really isn't an issue for me. Especially because April is only ever called April.

I might change my mind if I think about different color schemes that might be fun bc I was thinking about maybe having a Gray in there.

So Leo and Mikey are hard nos on having kids for various reasons, April probably won't either but like if Raph ever ends up with a partner he might. He freaks out bc his clutches average out to 30 or so at a time but only 1-6 are actually viable depending on what I decide I want. So the potential next generation for the Hamato clan is:
