5 Manifestation Essentials You Need To Know

1. Intention - boldly stating our desires. If we don’t clearly define what we want - how are we supposed to create it? It would be like aiming at a target that doesn’t exist - we must be bold and fearlessly state exactly what we desire to the universe. Speaking our desires into existence is the beginning of the manifestation process.

2. Thoughts - reinforcing positivity. Daily affirmations help us to live in an empowered state rather than operating from fear. This is how we bring our thoughts into alignment with that which we want to manifest.

3. Beliefs - breaking through limitations. The only limitations that exist are in the mind, hence we must unlearn our conditioning and live in accordance with empowering beliefs that enable us to create anything we desire. This can be done by reprogramming limitations such as “I have to” into “I choose to” and “I can’t” into “why can’t I?”.

4. Tribe - surrounding ourselves with positive energy.  Absorbing energy from negative people significantly slows down the process of manifesting our desires because we are voluntarily subjecting ourselves to the opposite of the energy we want to attract. It’s the equivalent of us telling the universe to send us more negativity because we attract what we are - not what we want.

5. Self-love - filling our own cup first. We can’t receive with a closed hand, so we must practice giving without the expectation of receiving. The only way to do this is to practice self-love - giving ourselves everything we hope to receive from others FIRST - then allowing them to drink from our overflowing fountain of abundance.
