Is everyone just really fucking horny? Why am I part of this weird ass dynamics between my friends? Why have they all hooked up with each other? And why do they look at me that way? Why do they try to include me? Expecting me to join? To acknowledge their flirty dynamic? Why do I feel like an audience to their casual relationships? Am I the only one thinking it’s weird? How does it “just happen”? Why does it feel I’m now the only one to put a stop to the flirty advances of my friend who herself had previously said we should stay friends and nothing more? Why do I also find it fucking hilarious? Why does a part of me want to be an exception? Why do I not want to be on that mf hook up excel sheet being made by the only friend I would agree to hook up with? Why is everyone so communicative yet everything simultaneously stays so secretive and unsaid? How did I end up here? Is this because no one is straight around me? What is friendship with queer people? Is it possible? How does one even think of wanting to hook up with someone they just met? How do they find someone attractive out of nowhere? How is all of this gonna okay out????? What am I gonna do about all of this???

Haven’t heard anybody express such a view in sexuality so I’ll share mine.
I see gender as part of someone’s personality. The way the average woman and man are socialised is different and impact how they act with me. As a woman, interactions with men are most of the time quite different from my interactions with men. I trust women more, I prefer my doctors to be women, I understand women better and women understand me better. I like women because *I* am a woman, because I know what to expect better, because I feel safer with them, not because they look like a woman.

I think our view of sexuality is quite skewed. Its okay if you like the same gender and not identify as gay, it’s okay if you only liked the opposite gender and don’t identify as straight, it’s okay if you don’t know, it’s okay if you don’t care. It’s okay if “it’s a phase” and you liked a girl once and then only dated men and you say you’re bi. It doesn’t matter in the end, it’s just words we put on complex feelings/decisions. It’s okay if you don’t “identify”, after all liking something/someone is not an intrinsic and eternal part of you, you can like someone and not consider it part of your identity. Other cultures not using the words gay/bi/etc and using sentences like “I like men/women/both/x” is complete valid. The west loves to classify people based on temporary categories that only make sense in a specific social/cultural context.
Focus on the liking part, not the identity part :)

To my ex best friend :
I miss you. It took me 3 years to realise this. I’m sorry. I could’ve done better, and I didn’t. You too. I never want to see you again. I still dream of you. I hope you understand how exhausting you were. I want you to know you were the best friend I ever had. I am looking for our friendship in all the people I meet. I have found better. Or have I? I want to tell you all about my first crush. You needed help, I was not meant to take care of you. I still did. I shouldn’t have. I wish I did it more. Nothing else mattered when I was with you. I don’t regret breaking our friendship. I was hurting yesterday and you were the only person I wanted a hug from. I have to stop myself from reaching out, because i have sacrificed too much for you already. I would sacrifice more. I hope you are happy even if you don’t think of me.

It took me more than one episode of The Eclipse to realise that Akk, Kan, and Wat were, in fact, not extremely self entitled, arrogant, naive and stupid by calling themselves “Perfects”, but were using the term “prefects”, changing my entire perception of what I thought was a show that made a very campy and cringe linguistic decision.
Sorry :/

The only popular medical show I was able to watch and enjoy was Triage. Gotta give it to them, it was very nice and not absurdly stupid (in a medical perspective). I was shocked to find myself intrigued mainly by the plot and not the romance (for once!).

In his defense, some hospitals I have worked at required workers to change passwords (of the computer, and also of their session) very regularly. The new password for said computer would always be written on the back of its respective keyboard, so that all the team could have access to the computer.
Even though this computer seems to be in his private consultation room, it is possible that hospital regulations allow all healthcare worker to access any computer. A lot of the work is done by nurses, meaning they would potentially need to have access to computers in doctors’ consultation rooms. I actually doubt this wouldn’t be the case, as there are a lot of people on a unit; people that change very often. No work computer is meant to be personal.
In any case, his first mistake was keeping his files on a work computer, at a hospital!
You mean to tell me that the man who is running a black market organ selling operation from his hospital keeps his password to the computer where he keeps all of his illegal business TAPED TO SAID COMPUTER

I’m a simple being, if there is chemistry between pretty people, the rest is utterly irrelevant.
The plot is a Emmental cheese, the music is from YouTube studio catalogue, the characters are motivated by a random sentence generator, the pace alternates between the speed of light and that of a slug, but they look and act so in love and kiss so well? I’m sold, it’s going on my top shows!

Don’t want to ruin the whole theories about the blood types of VP but allow me to make some clarifications (using some shortcuts to make it digestible)
> Plasma (water and buncha proteins and other stuff) + Erythrocytes (red blood cells) = blood.
> there are 4 blood types : A, B, AB, 0/O; that derive from the variation of the presence and/or absence of two proteins on the surface of the erythrocytes : protein A and protein B.
A people have “A” protein present, B people have “B”, AB people have both, and 0/O people have none of these. (Other types of protein are of course present, but it’s not important right now)
> what makes transfusing blood dangerous is the presence of antibodies in the plasma of the blood, not the erythrocytes, as different erythrocytes won’t interact with each other. These antibodies will react to “non-me” material, meaning anything that is not already present in the individuals body. This reaction is called “agglutination”, because the antibodies will attach themselves to the targeted blood cells and basically make your blood solid (thus causing your death)
This means a person with A blood type will have protein “A” on the red blood cells, but will have anti-B antibodies (antibodies that will react to protein “B”). The opposite applies to B people. For AB people, no antibodies (for this specific thing) are present because the individual has both protein “A” and “B”. This means the plasma of an AB person will not react to any red blood cells, making it ideal for plasma transfusion.
On the other hand, a person with O blood type, having none of the proteins on the red blood cells, will have both anti-A and anti-B antibodies in their plasma; making them the worst donor for plasma. However, an O person is ideal for red blood cell transfusion, because their red blood cells will not interact with the antibodies of the receivers plasma; making them ideal for erythrocyte transfusion.
In any case, every blood transfusion is usually performed between people that have the highest matching blood identity. Transfusing the blood of a person with a different blood group is very very rare today and can only be done for specific parts of the blood.
In conclusion, Pete would theoretically be able to give his red blood cells to Vegas (if his Rhesus is negative, or if his and Vegas’ Rhesus are both positive) and Vegas would be able to give his plasma to Pete (if Vegas is Rhesus +, or if they are both negative).
(IRL none of them would be allowed to give blood, especially to each other, for multiple reasons)
