Random Glisten headcanon that I might make into a comic if I'm able to:

Glisten has practiced his mirror trick enough times at once before that he's actually passed out in his room from doing it too much - and any time he does it in quick succession, the disorientation and dizziness that comes with it also increases (that's why the cooldown takes a long time in game). Rodger has heard noises from his room in the middle of the night before and come to check on him, just to see Glisten barely able to remember their names from the fogginess in his head from doing it so much in rapid succession and about to collapse, yet *still* attempting to do it.

At that point, Rodger made him stop for the night and sat with him to make sure he didn't try it again until Glisten passed out in bed. He didn't much remember Rodger coming to check on him the next morning, but he was embarrassed when it was mentioned by the latter to have seen him like that.

Random Headcanon NUMBER TWOOOO, this time with Rodger :>

Rodger was originally animated with far more expressions via movement and cartoon symbols compared to other Toons due to his lack of a mouth and second eye, so the animators gave him more expressive movement and symbols to make up for the lack of facial expressions and be able to show the audiences his emotions.

This also carried over into his physical form, making him ironically a little easier to read than other Toons on what he's thinking - the detective is very annoyed by this fact and tries to keep track of his emotions to keep emote symbols in check (sweat lines, blush lines, that one annoyance symbol from anime stuff, exclamation marks, etc.) in front of others. The detective has an easy time reading a Toon's regular facial expressions and body language, but in turn he is ALSO easy to read if something catches him off guard and he doesn't get a grip on his feelings quick enough. He tries to keep a grip on his exaggerated body movements as well, but those are a little harder to control.

i love imagining that rodger has a mouth its just kind of invisible. Not even he knows where it is and hes the one who eats out of the dang thing. i really love seeing peoples headcanons of how rodger operates without a mouth however... im just a sucker for cartoon logic HASJFKS
