From the heart of Gaza, these words become more true than ever. I am Bilal Abed Rabou, and I stand before you as a survivor of five wars, an academic student at Al-Azhar University and a software developer from the besieged Gaza Strip. I witnessed the devastating effects of these conditions firsthand

We were a family, living in peace, love and warmth. But everything changed when conflict and despair swept through our lives. Living in Gaza means confronting ongoing conflict, struggling against poverty and the lack of basic necessities to live. Life is very difficult, and even the simplest tasks seem impossible. Yet, despite all the chaos and pain, we remained grounded by the warmth of our love and the strength of our spirits.

Even six months ago, everything changed. Our once home turned into a mess and everything we cherished. Since then, we have been lost, clinging to a world of uncertainty and despair. We left our badly damaged home with only a few things. Since then, our lives have been threatened

with every passing minute.

But now, there is no longer a reason to stay in this place full of suffering, where we are deprived of even the most basic and important rights, education, security and peace.

Our hearts hurt because of all this injustice. We were willing to endure anything to keep our family together and provide comfort and care for our father in his time of need.

With each passing day, our despair grows and our burdens grow heavier. We need your help to break the cycle of suffering, rebuild our shattered dreams, pave the way to a better future, and reunite with our family. My name is Ahmed Khader, a 29-year-old from Gaza, now living in Belgium. I left in 2019 to build a better life and support my family, but they remain trapped in Gaza, facing constant bombings and danger. On October 7th, the war forced them to flee to a refugee camp, but safety is still out of reach.

In the heart of the siege, even bread has become a dream. 🍞💔

In Gaza,hunger is no longer just a feeling; it has become a constant companion, a heavy shadow that follows us at every moment.🕊️

My family of 13 has been worn down by the merciless hunger, and searching for our daily sustenance has become a daily battle. ⚔️🥀

Yesterday, desperation and need drove me to go out in search of a loaf of bread.

What I found was not a "queue," but a scene that resembled a battlefield:

Endless crowds 🧑‍🤝‍🧑👩‍👩‍👧‍👦.

Screams mixed with fear 📢😟.

Eyes burdened with pain 🥺💔.

Every step was a struggle against a tide of hunger and humiliation 💨🌪️.

And in the end?

I returned empty-handed, carrying only shame and sorrow. 😔🪫

My children waited for me with small hopes, their eyes asking

He needs CAD $5,055 in his campaign (includes additional fees) to rent a safe shelter to protect his children from the winter cold. This value may be subject to change. Roughly $1,000 - $2,000 in donations will be spent on living necessities such as food.

The children catch colds living in tents, which are difficult to treat. My note: Medications are expensive, in demand, and difficult to find at times.

Priority: Fahed wants to rent an apartment to protect his family for ~€1,700 a month for at least 3 months. This would cost ~€5,000.

Food prices have spiked and even flour for making bread is not available. Milk for baby Yahya is expensive and difficult to find. The children are suffering from malnutrition.

Fahed has set a goal of €82,000 in his campaign to pay rent and feed his children. This amount accounts for extra fees.

There is no childhood in Gaza 💔

At this time, children are usually on summer vacation, playing in the streets and going to the beach to swim. But this does not happen in Gaza. The occupation kills children in cold blood in front of their families because they demand their right to play like other children in the world. What injustice? You are my last hope.
