MNOG Ga-Koro Boat Model and instructions
A while ago I tried for a second time to build the MNOG boat. I quite liked the results so I got the parts to build it in real life. It took a long time to track down all the parts :/
Having it in hand I was able to tweak some things. Primarily I gave it some wheels because its fun. One day I might try to give it a bobbing motion, but my earlier attempts didn't work out due to friction.
So then after that I went back and modified the 3d model to be on par with the physical model and made some instructions for it.
It was quite laborious. But I also did it all in an afternoon at quite a fast pace. Making instructions is quite fun, I made some for my Pikmin 2 ship model a while ago, and I learned a lot, like how the total pages have to be a multiple of 4.
The instructions and parts list can be downloaded HERE. It doesn't have a huge variety of parts, and the colour scheme is quite simplistic. Ideally I wanted it to be all green and black like the legendary slizer set Crane Truck, but parts just weren't available in those colours...its so frustrating lol.
I want to make a cloth sail and rigging for this thing eventually.

My original designs of Three Virtues pendants were finally delivered! They were supposed to be there on Friday before Bionicle Day but... happy belated Bionicle Day I guess?
Hexagon stands for 6 elements, prominent motive through whole Bionicle series. On the three sides, Three Virtues are engraved in Matoran alphabet, decorated with combination of tribal geometry and circuits.
You can get them on my Etsy as usual: HERE
