Started playing ffxi a bit ago and it made me notice how bland ffxiv had become in comparison. The character dialogue in so bland in xiv in comparison to ffxi, they feel so much more alive and can be true haters. I'm not even getting started on the combat but the story in xi hooked me more in 2 hours than the entirety of DT
