The only people chopping body parts off are the parents of kids who remove the foreskin, or those of intersex kids where the parents have the doctors change the physical appearance of those kids to have them conform to one gender physically rather than let the kids decide for themselves when they are of age.

No doctor is going to cut a trans person's dick off when they are under the age of 18. Surgeries like that don't happen on under age kids.

Not to mention this here which tells a story about twins, one of which medically required a circumcision due to issues with the foreskin, and essentially destroyed the penis. A doctor, John Money, got consent from the parents to have their son David Reimer to be raised as a girl, and undergo female sex reassignment surgery as an infant.

Tldr: Male infant has a botched circumcision that was required, and was raised as a girl. Later suffered gender dysphoria showing that gender is not tied to how someone is raised, despite all the hoops caused by an evil doctor.

David experienced gender dysphoria later in his teens, which led to some extreme cases, I won't detail here. What it showed is...

B: Worse ethics when it comes to children and sexual things

C: Lying about his results to show that infant sex reassignment surgery was a good thing to do, which it wasn't

D: It does not matter how someone is raised from birth, David was raised as a cis woman, when in reality he was a cis man from birth. As a result he showed discontent with being a woman, and wanted to be a man, experiencing gender dysphoria.

E: Later, in his early teens refused to see John Money, threatening his life to have to conceive his parents, who also had bad ethics. Even in his early adult life underwent surgery to remove his breasts, have his penis be reconstructed, and take testosterone. Doing this improved his mental health, but still led to severe mental health issues in his adult life

Kids can be trans, people being trans has nothing to do with sexual fetishes. Being trans is part of someone's identity, and if a child who was born as a male and wants to transition to a woman while still in school, they should be able to.
