Time for a new piece! A white fox wanders through the forest. This digital piece was rendered in Photoshop. After many walks and reference imagery-hunting, I began to realise the amount of textures there are in forest environments, and I wanted to focus on capturing that in this painting. I hope you guys like it! This piece will be available as a print in various sizes to anyone interested, just contact me! When everyday life drags you down, you may find that feeling that you need to get away back to the wild, and take in that breath of fresh air, and walk until your legs ache beyond belief. Nothing beats getting in touch with nature, especially after a long stint amidst the mundane. I wanted to create something simple and representative of that feeling, I hope you guys can relate!

One of my recent projects, Trying to use desaturated colours to bring more realism to my work- The Cricket bat was paint first, with a variety of ink drawings collated together digitally onto it. As part of a portfolio exercise, I wanted to work with a renowned brand and adding my own style to something already well established. Naturally, the traveller in me leaned to Osprey Backpacks. Their products are high quality and have been so useful to me, both while travelling and in daily life. This is the piece that I created as a simulated advertisement campaign for them. It was already shared on Twitter and the response has been warm and welcoming! I hope you guys like it! The piece itself is completely digitally rendered, through Photoshop and a Wacom tablet. My first step, using reference, was to paint the backpack in monochrome, and afterwards paint over the pack with the imposed artwork!
